I think they should advertise these places as "look at our stock, buy something from here, but all customer service related things you have to call and wait on hold to discuss with them, we can't do anything for your account here" I miss when you can take care of nearly all issues in store...currently trying to convert from Verizon to T-Mobile

They have offer of free blanket in T-Mobile Tuesday and when I went there they said they run out of that blanket and I have to return from there

Tried switching my phone line over and the associate did not know what she was doing whatsoever. On top of that she was under the influence of Marijuana. You could smell it. She called her manager over to help me & he was under the influence too. So unprofessional. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

When this store was Sprint, it was awesome and helpful staff. Now that it's T-MOBILE, staff doesn't even acknowledge you until they are "done" with what they are doing, can't figure iut stuff. I was there for almost 30 minutes, and they didn't even acknowledge me. So, if you have time to waste, go for it. If not, avoid this store.

The Sprint store on summit st is amazing, great customer service. Very friendly, the store manager Myriam A. Was very helpful & patient with me. Am so thankful to have had a wonderful experience while my time there. I highly recommend to shop there💛

been here multiple times awesome customer service received every time, first young lady helped me she resolved all my issues in a matter of mins, second time a young man attended me even though they have one terminal they pay attention to all their customers and try to serve everyone as fast as possible.
