DONT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION, especially if you want medicine or going to deal with pharmacy staff. I want to disclaim that I understand when there is short staffing & people having rough days…but I glanced other reviews before confirming my suspicion of the poor quality of this pharmacy & dont feel bad to share. I had a covid-19 test appointment at 9:30 am - I was on time, it took 10 minutes to get spoken to about them being with me in a minute… finally get attended to, give them my ID, my insurance card - the incompetent pharmacist asks for a “medical card” that I give my doctors office, I tell him yes that is the same card I give my doctors office, he refuses to do anything (lazy - they weren’t busy) so I call my insurance and they confirm that the card I gave is the card with everything on it, it should be enough and then they offered to talk to the pharmacist, so I give them the phone to talk to insurance rep, they took my phone for over 20 minutes & this whole time I thought they were talking to her (I was in drive-thru so I cant hear inside)… apparently not. 45 minutes of waiting, only for the tech to give me my phone back on mute (they had muted the rep from my insurance the whole time because I asked her & she was holding)in addition to the tech finally told me “you’re gonna have to come back our system is messing up!” So your system just started messing up? Okay… Lazy, rude, lying staff.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! do not ever go here you will never get good service with the attitude they are in they are liars they lied to me twice I’ve called the department they said that they would give me a PASSPORT PICTURES from this location, clearly they LIED and said that they don’t have the proper equipment when I was clearly lied to from what the HEAD DEPARTMENT told me the MANAGER and TELLER are very disrespectful. Please do not go here if you value your time and patience.

Extremely understaffed in the store and pharmacy. I have been sick and ordered 30 min curb pick up. I waited 2 hours before calling and telling them I was on my way to get a prescription. Still had to wait for them to throw it together. Many are stressed right now with low staff and I understand that, but I am not okay with getting cough medicine that is 1 year past the expiration date… be careful!!

The pharmacist manager really helped me out when I was dealing with an issue from my insurance company. Everything was resolved quickly and she was very friendly to me. This will keep me coming back here. The staff is also really helpful even when it’s crazy busy at times.

Literally worse experience ever. I missed my flight because they didnt have my results even tho i took them 2 days before and they want to tell me its MY fault for not going earlier. And if i went earlier it would be invalid. Horrible place and horrible people. I got stranded in Chicago and have to pay 350$ for each person for a covid test, AND rebook for everything else. So thank you to that rude girl on the phone.

The longest wait in line to get your medicine. Medicine was sent half an hour prior to them and they act like they didn't have it. Then when I show my paper copy of the medication sent to them and their address, lady says "Oh it just now came in". Yeah right and then wants me to wait an additional 20 minutes. Told her I don't have time and will come back in a few hours after work. When I got back I waited more than 20 minutes in line. What happened to making people pull over that have to wait longer? Terrible place. Terrible experience.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR COVID TESTING They indicated 1-2 days turnaround for COVID testing but didn't bother to send out our test until 24 hours after they collected the sample. Completely unprofessional. They also sent the wrong information to the lab.

Very bad experience. Dropped off a script and was told it would take half hour to get ready. After half hour was told it would take half hour to make one of the medicine on the script. I asked why did you not make the the one that’s takes half hour when I dropped it off and was told that I could pick it up tomorrow. So I need to take the medication today but won’t be ready till the next day. So so disappointed!!! And
