I wish I could give it zero stars. I had to drop off Nespresso pods recycling at the UPS pickpoint which was full and they refused to even put it on wait. I was in an Uber and it cost me extra money and time to go to the next store. I dont know who to blame myself, nespresso, UPS or CVS but I have never had this rude customer service.

The dirtiest customer service ever. Screaming, arbitrary and barbaric. The doctor sends the treatment to the pharmacy. You go to them to receive the treatment. They don't find it. They don't want to search. If there is something wrong, they speak in an unknown language. I swear to you that the service is dirty. The service is dirty, so please ask the manager to replace those in the pharmacy because this place is beautiful and he wants to clean it like this

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever‼️ Auto fill meds you don’t need, meds that are sent over by the Dr. are never filled. If they don’t have a certain medication ready they never tell you you have to ask about it & it’s always needs to be ordered & it never happens. Not to mention they NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE‼️

Was looking for a pharmacy to schedule a covid booster shot before New Year and this place had a spot open. Then on the day of, they somehow ran out of shots, and I didn't get a call from them. Waste of a drive and so disorganized.

The pharmacy staff are friendly but very disorganized. My doctor sent approval for meds but the pharmacy staff kept telling me they never received the approval. After a third call with the same feedback, I told them approval was sent days ago - they somehow found it at that very moment... 🙄🙃 At this point it had been a week of this nonsense and confusion, and three days without my meds for a chronic illness, so I finally gave up on CVS. My doctor sent a new script to another pharmacy and I had it within an hour. Unbelievable.

The older lady with the short hair that works on the register is horrible. Very rude and needs to be fired she was having a conversation with a customer the whole time ringing him up I was being very patient even though she was being very slow and kept talking to him like there was no one in line. After she rang him up and she was done they kept they’re conversation going I still was being patient and that kept going for like 4 mins straight after that I couldn’t anymore so I the stuff I wanted to purchase on the counter and walked out. I wasn’t feeling too good so I didn’t want to argue with anyone. This was horrible customer service. She treated me as if I was imaginary. I was really disappointed I couldn’t believe how she was making me wait just to have a conversation as if she was off of work and having a long conversation with a friend. Unbelievable! I will never step foot into this CVS. And for the manager there instead of walking around he should keep a eye out on his workers and how they are treating customers.

Absolutely awful. Rude to customers, and they are using COVID-19 as an excuse to be terrible to customers. Pharmacist she was very angry and she’s not nice. Don’t ask her any questions.

Really bad teamwork poor girl upfront at the register never gets help when she is swamped unless the older skinny fellow with the Grey beard is there . These 2 people are the back bone of the establishment and if it wasn't so frustrating dealing with how incredibly slow it is there I'd do business with them everyday. But I will most likely not go back after witnessing on several occasions the girl up front gets swamped and a middle aged women from what seems to be the photos department finally helps her after we all have been waiting for 10-15 minutes with this nasty attatude as if she is doing her coworker and all of us a huge favor.
