What a joke. The pharmacy will literally pick up your call just to re-start the music and keep you waiting. Not even the courtesy to say can I put you on hold. It just rings and then CLICK. Horrible , HORRIBLE customer service.

saturday, 9/10, 1:00pm: called the pharmacy. i can hear an employee pick up and without addressing me, places me on a hold line. ten minutes later, the line goes silent until it begins ringing again, and i am again picked up an immediately placed on a hold line. another ten minutes pass and it rings again, and after a few rings the call suddenly drops. on attempting to call again, the automatic line reports that the staff is on a lunch break. is there any clearer sign that the staff were deliberately ignoring the phone till after lunch? go elsewhere.

If you have an emergency medication issue, NEVER EVER CALL THIS WALGREENS. They will continue to put your call on hold until it’s their lunch break.

This is the Worst walgreen Store I've ever seen in Dearborn area. They make me wait for more than 10min for just to pick up my online order that I received a message from the store for my order its ready for pick up but when get there no one available to help me pick my order.

Called three times yesterday to get my COVID results emailed to me because I was worried they didn't have the right email. Instead of simply emailing me the results when I called, they gave me the results over the phone and asked for me to call back in a couple hours if I didn't receive the email. Waited a couple hours and called back just as I was told to do. The lady then told me that the results can take up to 24 hours and to call the next day if I still didn't receive the email. Just as I expected, still no email. So I then tried to call and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I needed the results yesterday because my work requires them in order to take a COVID-19 leave of absence. There is a chance I will be penalized for their mistake. If you want a COVID-19 test I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Consistently one of the worst Walgreens in the area. Rarely ever more than one cashier checking people out leading to lines of 10+ customers.

This absolutely the WORST Walgreens that has ever existed. You call and get hung up on constantly. You get transferred from person to person due to nobody wanting to help you and then you eventually get hung up on. The kid at the counter even said he would never get his prescriptions filled here. Wow.

It was Friday, March 13th around 5:30 pm, I went to pick up my 89 year old mother in law some snickers with almonds, it’s the only candy bar she likes! The manager wouldn’t let me buy the amount I wanted, and there was no limit posted by them! When I told her there wasn’t a limit posted, she said “I’m the manager of the store I can make the limits, it doesn’t have to be posted”. Very rude and definitely needs training in customer service!
