Do not use this location. I work at a local business, and every single package I have sent has had issues or got lost. I have had 3 phone calls in the past hour alone with people thinking we never sent these packages out. We are on week 3 for some of these shipments.

Awful, disappointing customer service Stopped in on Friday, August 5th to have a ream of legal cut-down to standard 8 1/2 x 11. The female employee who assisted me charged a fee of $3.45. Went back on Sunday, August 7th and the same employee assisted with another cut-down. While she was cutting the ream her coworker, Dan was reading the print on my shirt, which displayed a positive reflection of African-American heritage and culture - e.g., African-American lineage, pride and contributions. As the female employee approached the counter to ring me up Dan stepped in front her and whispered to her. She responded, "Okay" and Dan quickly turned to me and said, "Here I already have you rung up. It's $4.51. I said, your pricing went up? Dan responded, Yes. We've added a surcharge. The female employee paused before stating, "Yes. The surcharge was added since you were here last." I said, "I was here two-days ago." No response was given. I paid the fee and said, "Thank you. Have a nice evening." Neither employee responded. I have been a long-standing consumer of services with this FedEx Office and have always been pleased with the service. Following this incident, I will no longer conduct business there. The owner of this facility should be ashamed to have employees who behave this way.

if I could give a rating of zero stars I would. I went to get copies of what was obviously an obituary printed. I was asked when I needed it and requested same day. I was told that there would be an expedited fee of $150 assessed for same day service. I opted to not expedite and said I would pick up the next day when the store opens at 8 AM. Before I left however, I noticed the job had been started and heard an employees say it would be approximately 30 minutes before it was done. Since I had a little time and it was something I needed right away, I opted to stay in the area and wait around. I called back after an hour it was told it was ready. When I went to pick up, I was told that the $150 would still be required. I did not understand since there were no special provisions made to do the job. It was ready, sitting in a box, why was it held hostage for a fee?? To avoid arguing and increasing tension, I left feeling customer service was nowhere to be found. Now i am forced to make a return trip !! Had there been efforts to move jobs to accommodate me, I understand the it would be considered an expedite. Since there were no other customers and obviously time to start immediately, Why the extra charge when there was no special processing?? It was a normal job. I contacted the manager later and was informed that it was a company policy. I find that hard to believe.

Very kind and helpful staff today. I couldn't find my card and needed to use a card-only PC. They quickly found a cash workaround and I was in and out in 10 min!

Sorely disappointed in this location and the customer service I received. When I arrived they were all working on a group project and didn’t welcome me to store. Then when I attempted to send over a file they stated I couldn’t use the store email, but had to use this other file. Keep in mind when I say this next part they were all standing around working on a group activity instead of attending to others. I sent over the file per their instructions then, stated it would be a couple hours. Looking around and they’re not working on ANY projects, I stated I needed It now. She then told me there would be a additional fee for express printing… THEY WERE NOT BUSY. I stated okay as I was in a hurry, then stated this will be a-lot of money. I stated just print it.. I walked around as they printed it and even more people walked in and then seemed reluctant to help them as well. I have never been so disappointed in a FedEx store before, and completely surprised by the rush fee for just copies. To a side note I don’t believe they charged a rush fee to the guy that came in after me printing a rather large poster size. I’d beware before coming in here as you will also get charged added fees. I travel for work and this is absolutely the 1st time I’ve walked into a FedEx and got charged a rush printing fee for needing to print something. Plus they didn’t give me my business discount on the receipt. Beware of this store.

Customer service is horrible. They always seem annoyed you even walked in the door, and there is never enough help. People are standing around behind counter yet only one person helping customers.

Just dropped off a package and noticed how well Rosie the attendant was handling a bit of a rush by herself. 4-5 people in line and the phone ringing. She had a friendly tone to me and even while multitasking my drop off and to the person calling. A+ Rosie.

Asked about their scanning services. Person behind counter looked as though I was bothering them with my question and basically didn’t respond. They suggested I scan docs myself when I specifically asked about their scanning services. I am in business and don’t have time for lazy employees. I take my business to their competitor now to the time of about $15k a year. Wont use again. Poor customer service.
