This use to be one of my favorite KFC's in Greensboro the Bessemer Ave location but today I had a take out of two chicken pot pies and a mild chicken sandwich. The pot pies did not even have any meat in them which made it very nasty to eat and my chicken sandwich was too small of a chicken for all that bread.....if the pandemic made y'all cut back this much I'll rather eat at home....however your prices are still going up....very dissatisfied!

As an area coach for charter foods i am appalled at the lack of professionalism from the assistant manager at this location. His attitude towards customer service is that of an employee with little to no regard for the people he serves. His lack of leadership allows team members to openly become aggressive towards customers. My order was messed up in drive thru. I called and was informed i could come back for a replacement. I was told my name would be written down and that ALL i had to do was return. When i arrived i was informed that i could not receive my replacement through the drive thru and i would need to come inside. My first concern with this is that this particular location would require me to do a u turn in the parking lot in order to get back to the front entrance. My second concern was that I originally order my food in drive thru which i would expect to be able to return to the drive thru to receive my replacement. At no time on the phone was i told to come inside when i arrived for my replacement. After letting the assistant manager know i would not be coming inside (due to my 1 year old daughter being in the car) he angrily allowed me to move forward in drive thru. Once i got to the window he proceeded (in a confrontational manner) tell me why i needed to come inside spending the next 5-10 minute lecturing me on the policy he has to adhere to. After which he informed me that my name was not written down and he would not replace my order. I informed him of the time i called and offered my bank statement. After which his employee decided that was the perfect time for her to have an outburst say “oh my god” and storm off talking loudly from the back of the restaurant. I left after confirming i had been robbed of my order and there was nothing this manager would do about it. When a customer orders a particular item and they do not reciprocate the purchased item who is at fault? I feel as though this location needs new management. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had at a KFC. I expected more from leadership within this organization. I will be taking this matter to as many platforms as I possibly can. I will make my voice heard.

This should be no stars at all. I pulled up at 8pm ordered 8 pieces of chicken and 4 biscuits. There were 2 cars ahead of me. We all paid and had to pull over and wait for our food. We were the last to get food at 8:45. Took it home and the chicken was cold and biscuits were hard. I'm thinking the whole time I'm waiting that it's gonna be hot and worth it. Not at all this is the absolute worst kfc I have ever been to. This side of town lacks good places to eat and the customer service is terrible.

Terrible experience as always but today was the tipping point the food was wrong, the breast I ordered were the size of a wing. When I went up to the counter to get my order right the manager argued with with saying that she was right even though I had a receipt and I will not be coming back to this kfc this has been too many times that we have problems at this establishment. The manager that was over the staff on 8/16/22 needs to be re trained or find a different profession

We ordered a 16 PC box with 4 sides and biscuits. We got home and only had 3 sides AND the chicken was wet looking. The crust did not stay on chicken and it was not good. I doubt we will be back at that location.....stop making the chicken so wet looking because it taste nasty. The rest of the meal was fine and thanks for the tea that comes with a 12pc or larger meal.

If I could make this zero stars I would. I tried to pick up a mobile order last night for my family and was told I was SOL because they gave my food to someone else. A MANAGER told me they were not going to remake my $40 order and told me good luck. Karma honey when I say Karma...

Love the staff here. Manager is very professional and polite. I forgot the name of young lady who usually takes my order, she is always on point! Is it Shonda? My bad if I jacked up your name beautiful. All the staff are very friendly to me as well. I only go to this one cause they are just an awesome team.

I've been to this location for carry out numerous times, and typically don't bother writing reviews based on negative experiences, but today's experience just broke me. While the food is always good, and the staff is usually very kind and professional with fast service, the last two times I have gone, the lady working the drive-thru window has been a disgrace. I last stopped by Tuesday, 5/3/22 at 11:25 a.m., and the lady working the drive-thru was wearing a purple shirt, and had at least one tattoo on her arm or wrist. I simply point this out in hopes that someone in management there will see this post and know who I'm talking about. This lady was completely unprofessional both times I've been in the past week; being loud and obnoxious, wearing a smug look on her face, not speaking to me, even when I tried to make polite chat with her, and barely even taking the time to look at me. No thank you, and my order was botched. I would have gone back to complain in person, but I had to hurry up and get back to work. I'm giving a two star review, b/c I've had plenty of good service here before, and the food is always quite tasty, but this lady needs to go, or at least not be allowed to work with the public. The last time I saw her before today, she was ranting loudly about "getting her raise" the entire time I'm sitting at the window. Entirely unprofessional, and this lady DOES NOT need a raise. If someone in charge happens to see this, thank you for your time and attention.

Just left this KFC and I am highly disappointed! My fiancé and I stopped to get food for us and our kids and the light skinned woman with freckles at the drive they window had an attitude and was very unpleasant. Our food order was all wrong. I asked for no pickles on my sandwich and got them. We asked for a little ice in our drinks and got a whole cup full!! One of my chicken little sandwiches had a chicken tender that was so hard it was not edible! Not to mention when we received our food we said “Thank you” and she said nothing. Just stared at us blankly. Even after sensing she had an attitude my fiancé still said “have a good day” as she was walking away and she rolled her eyes and didn’t even respond. I really don’t understand why she is even at work treating people like that. We will not be returning and she needs to take a vacation or quit!

Where do I start. Well let's start with the fact that on New Year's Eve they literally ran out of chicken. The woman taking orders said they had no chicken in the building. They also were out of liver. That's nothing new. My parents enjoy liver so we call ahead to make sure they have them. Someone got it wrong that day because they didn't have anything. They have remolded this location. The food doesn't taste as fresh as the Battleground location but the restaurant is nice. UPDATE! I decided to give them another try and it's not any better. The lady in the drive-thru was rude. After repeating my order several times she finally got it right. My chicken was so small. And it didn't taste very fresh. My daughter's sandwich was a good size but it was sloppy. I just expect better. I'm going to keep this as a 1 star review. Maybe they will get better at some point.
