I went in the store to order composite deck to rebuild out deck on Pine Lake on April 14t, 2017. Met with the ProDesk to discuss and gave the dimensions of our deck to pull up an idea of materials needed. Received a quote a few days later bc they didn't have time to do it when I was there which was fine. Went in the following week on April 17th, 2017 to pay for the order and finalize the order. I was told by the manager of the ProDeck that the material on the quote which was grooved Trex composite decking wasn't the best option and he recommended going with the Trex solid edge boards and the Camo system which was a virtually seamless system and $100 cheaper. So, I switched my order after having the entire order redone. This was also the same week they were doing 11% rebate on all ordered and the prodesk manager said they would honor the 11% rebate and honor 10% for their Veterans program as long as everything was ordered by that Saturday which is when the 11% rebate ended. I call Friday to finalize my order and the prodesk manager advises me everything was set and to come in the next day to pay for everything and I would be all set to receive the order and discounts. I go in on Saturday and the employee at the prodesk can't pull anything up and doesn't see the order finalize and advises to come back Monday when the prodesk is open again to finalize it which is after the rebate ending. I call Monday and talk to the manager again and he apologies and says he will look into everything and call me back in which at this time he says they can't honor the Veteran discount and 11% rebate. I make my order finalized April 25th and advised the order should be there by that Friday. Continuous call and the order comes after the weekend and arrives the week of May 1st. I schedule delivery for Friday and they seem to have had computer issues and missed the deadline for delivery. I also find out the manager ordered ALL the wrong materials and ordered the materials he told me not to get. I tell delivery not to deliver them and call the following week and talk to the manager again who advises the materials he ordered are in fact better than what he originally told me and took back that he originally advised other materials. I take the order finally after a month and they still charge me a delivery, deliver the wrong materials. Never called me when the rest of my order for railing arrived and continually say someone will call me back and never does. I still shop at this store but would never do another special order through this store. I will be surprised if someone from the store reaches out to try to make anything right with this entire ordeal. I do hope that the actual store manager can learn from this and implement some systems to improve better customer service. ~Matt

Ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 was correct, just made skimpy on the meat but had tons of pickles. The other sandwich was incorrect. Ordered a giant size for the 2nd one, received a much smaller (kid/junior) size. Called to say something about it and was told I would have to bring back the messed up order to have it made correctly, plus pay additional. I'm sorry, that's not how good customer service works. You screw it up and I have to pay for YOUR screw up?! Order taker, person at the drive thru window and the person who answered the phone RUDE! Needless to say, I won't be back until you have improvement on your customer service skills. I work in customer service and that's just not how you conduct a business! You apologize and fix your screw up at no charge. ~Crystal

Belle Tire

I really don't like taking my vehicle here... There is always something extra I have to deal with whenever I go here. I had to fight with a guy because he wasn't answering my general questions about all weather tires, just kept trying to upsell me "better" tires(they were also 100 dollars extra per tire...) . The guys are constantly scrambling to figure out who they're dealing with. Took an hour just to take 2 tires off and tell me my stems were bad even though that's what I was told was the problem at the beginning. That also doesn't include the extra 40 minutes it took to actual replace just 1 stem. And they left my vehicle a complete mess with paper linings... Which is a nice to keep my vehicle from getting grease and dirt all over the interior, but it's fine, I just paid you 100 bucks for service, I'll take care of the rest(sarcasm) Couldn't even replace my stem caps after. (seriously.. Fill the tire with air, screw cap back on... Not difficult) . It's the attention to detail, that this place DOESN'T have which will prevent me from ever going to this specific location again. Place feels shady... The employees, in my opinion, don't seem trustworthy or knowledgeable and often come off more combative and condescending than anything else. I'd find a different Belle tire or another tire shop before considering this one. ~Josh

Star Glass

You couldn't ask for better service. They wanted to do the job the next day like 12 hours after I called. The installation of my windshield was perfectly done and they replaced a piece of trim I didn't know was gone. I highly recommend this company. ~Larry

Sparkle Buggy Lube

Technician may have damaged stem valve while filling up air in Right-Rear tire during oil change, I did not notice till halfway-home. The vehicle owner called back same day and there was no hesitation by Penzoil affiliates in recognizing the issue and solving it by having us bill them the cost from local auto shop of our choice. The auto shop fixed it for free and no need to bill Penzoil. I am Impressed by no hesitation or argument over stem valve issue. The oil change was very fast and as advertised; 10 minutes. Vehicle owner(s) will continue to have their (2) vehicles serviced at this location as they have done for years prior and more to come. Service: Oil change ~JH

Harding's Market

Still a great store but the some of the employees make ppl feel uncomfortable. I walk in the other day, none of them were talking or telling jokes because someone walked in and they stared, so I walk by and nod next thing i hear is the cashiers laughing and not a good type of laugh either it's a laughing at someone laugh. I don't wanna walk into my local mart and be laughed at by the employees while I'm there shopping or even dripping off something to a friend that's there. It's unprofessional and just rude I'm already very self conscious enough. ~Thacred
