Originally came to belle tire to get some new tires, after telling them my budget and tire type I wanted Adam told me “your not going to find and AT tire for that price” I proceeded to tell him I found them in my price range somewhere else and he scoffed so I walked out, today I thought I’d give belle tire another chance and get an alignment done, alignment was completed yet the truck still pulled to the right, took it back and and they put it back on the rack and corrected the issue to “the best it’s going to get” they told me it was a tire issue and won’t be perfect, I took it somewhere else for an alignment and now it’s fine, also during the process of them having my truck, the fuel economy dropped from an average 16.2 mpg to 15.4 mpg, so whoever was driving it to “test” it was driving my truck like a race car and going for a joyride, belle tire in plainwell will never get another dime from me!

I had a family member apply there he did everything they asked. Then they called him to give him a start date Called him back and said they hired someone else I dont like way they treated people either. THE only good thing is they stand behind thier work. ALSO do you take forever to fix a simple tire All they do is stand around

I have been going to the Plainwell Belle Tire shop for many years. Geri and I just took our new Honda to the shop for its second oil change. The tech made a mistake and didn’t put the cap on the motor after the work. I have had this happen at other shops over the years, thankfully two or three times in forty years. I returned to Belle and the shop manager went overboard to fix the issue and clean any residual oil. Nobody is perfect, but Belle Tire is perfectly honest and made things more than just right. I will continue to take all my cars to this Belle Tire, no question. Chris

I really don't like taking my vehicle here... There is always something extra I have to deal with whenever I go here. I had to fight with a guy because he wasn't answering my general questions about all weather tires, just kept trying to upsell me "better" tires(they were also 100 dollars extra per tire...) . The guys are constantly scrambling to figure out who they're dealing with. Took an hour just to take 2 tires off and tell me my stems were bad even though that's what I was told was the problem at the beginning. That also doesn't include the extra 40 minutes it took to actual replace just 1 stem. And they left my vehicle a complete mess with paper linings... Which is a nice to keep my vehicle from getting grease and dirt all over the interior, but it's fine, I just paid you 100 bucks for service, I'll take care of the rest(sarcasm) Couldn't even replace my stem caps after. (seriously.. Fill the tire with air, screw cap back on... Not difficult) . It's the attention to detail, that this place DOESN'T have which will prevent me from ever going to this specific location again. Place feels shady... The employees, in my opinion, don't seem trustworthy or knowledgeable and often come off more combative and condescending than anything else. I'd find a different Belle tire or another tire shop before considering this one.

Zack was especially careful with my old rims (97 Camaro) to not crack the covers that are old and brittle. I recommend and will go there again!

They where asked if they where able to handle low profile tires on my mustang. They said yes and then they cut the side walls on 2 perelli performance tires. They offered me new tires as comp but it was only 1 of they're cheapest tires and my perellis where well over the price be careful, other than that they are your typical tire change place

Troy got me in, same day, and we did the A/C compressor, serpentine belt, and tensioner while we were at it. Five hours in and out. And he did a charitable discount, knowing my story. Thank you, Troy and Belle. You are truly top notch!

I called Matt,the manager, asking about a used truck I was about to purchase. He said bring in for a safety inspection. I arrived to speak with Adam at the counter. He was able to bring the truck right in. He took the time to explain any points of concern or confusion. Doug, the mechanic did a thorough inspection as well. I cannot say enough great things about this place!

They will bring you to your car and show you what they are talking about. Troy is a great manager, and has helped me sort through many car problems! They have earned my trust, and I have taken several vehicles here, and had everything from oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, alignments, coolant and water pump issues, etc. Their prices are higher than some mechanics, but they are transparent and will present estimates and let you make any decisions without hovering over you or giving you a time restraint.
