The atmosphere wasn't the greatest. It's a dive bar despite online reviews indicating otherwise. We came as a large group, 11 including children under 5. A large group of bikers came in, very loud, and we were approached twice by 2 different seemingly drunk men. But the waitresses were very accommodating and answered all our questions. The food was absolutely incredible and portion size was huge! Prices were reasonable. I just wish it would be made clear this isn't the type of place for a family outing with small kids. ~Amy

Wow, really nice store. I used to go to the Falmouth store all the years but with this store it makes it a lot more convenient coming from Grand Rapids. As always I never been disappointed with any of my meat purchases over the years. Pricing is good in comparison to many others. I found that the groceries were very reasonably priced as well. Next time I will plan on doing more general shopping as well. ~Rob

Went to the ER this morning and was feeling a little sick!! Have always thought the people working at rite aid in the Reed citypharmacy were polite and considerate! Until today! While waiting I was polite enough to let them know my covid test came back positive at that very moment! Being curious to the people around me!! A pharmacist named Anne told me back away from the counter! So I said I will go get a mask right away! Came back and then she ask me to leave the area! She made me feel like a criminal for the first time in a rite aid store!! She could have used a little more compassion! ~Susan

I purchased four brand new tires here. They put the tire on the wrong rim begin with they didn't put valve stems in any of my tires and all of my valve stems have failed so I've had to go to a different tire shop and have them all replaced costing me about $80. They didn't give me a receipt for the work which means I didn't have a warranty which they're supposed to be warranted when they're brand new. I know it's not a big deal but the tires were 2 years old and they told me they were new with no warranty apparently I went in there to have them rotated and the guy acted like oh it's no big deal yeah I'll do that for you like it was a favor. I won't be back. ~007

The reed city branch has the nicest group of people working. They're polite, swift at getting you in and out. Also are checking to make sure you didn't forget another transaction.. ~P

I came in here in a Friday with only one cashier working. There was probably 20 people waiting and she got is out in under 10 minutes. Pretty good considering all the lotto and tobacco purchases made to hold up the line even more. ~Keith
