Went to the ER this morning and was feeling a little sick!! Have always thought the people working at rite aid in the Reed citypharmacy were polite and considerate! Until today! While waiting I was polite enough to let them know my covid test came back positive at that very moment! Being curious to the people around me!! A pharmacist named Anne told me back away from the counter! So I said I will go get a mask right away! Came back and then she ask me to leave the area! She made me feel like a criminal for the first time in a rite aid store!! She could have used a little more compassion!

I don't visit the pharmacy, but I do like to visit various Rite Aid establishments from time to time because I used to work at one. The only consistently bad thing about all of its stores is that Rite Aid charges more than twice the value of many electronics or movies; more often than not, I could find the same products elsewhere for a third of the price without even waiting for a sale. Even then, most of the electronics they sell are the kind of junk you'd buy at a dollar store (the kind that makes you tell yourself "it's cheap for a reason," but it's overpriced here). I bought some headphones on clearance, once. The original price was $30 and I paid $7 or so. I wore them once. Not pleasant. Certainly not worth the $7 I paid, let alone the original price. That aside, this Rite Aid in particular is quite friendly. On very rare occasion, they do show signs of short temper with unreasonable customers. They're not hostile or anything, but if someone's trying to demand services which are closed for the day (namely the pharmacy in the back or Western Union), the staff is firm and sometimes loud. They do a fantastic job of managing their shelves and stock for being stuck in such a small building. The Rite Aid I worked at had much more room and wasn't so organized, so I admire this team for handling that so well. I would consider it odd that there's no liquor of any kind at this store, especially considering the people in the area, but I suppose it's not a big deal with the party store just a little ways down the road. This Rite Aid sells wine, though. All in all, yeah. This is a great place. Just don't be a bossy grouch, and you can't have a bad time here.

When I walked in with my 3 year old daughter in search of a restroom, I asked the lady behind the counter where they were. She asked if it was for my daughter. I said yes. The lady then rolled her eyes and told me they didn’t have any.

I love this store. Very clean and mostly friendly staff, Except for the gentleman who works in the pharmacy. He was quite rude when I was trying to get a script moved from this location to a walmart due to insurance changes.

Pro: Store is clean and well stocked Cons: They are not Friendly , they do not answer there phone unless you call the pharmacy number. I called at 8:15 am to get some information they open at 8:00 am. after 5 mins I just hung up. A Employee or manager never answered my call. Its a 10 mile round trip for me to go there. That is why I call ahead. I go there a few times a month its always the same.
