These guys are consummate professionals. Last Friday I got stranded in Saginaw with a bad rear differential leak and limped into the nearest repair place hoping for the best. Ryan refused to make any false promises to get my hopes up and even gave me advice on other repair places nearby who might have time. Late that afternoon, he called me up and said he and his mechanic had squeezed me in between a couple appointments and I could come pick the car up!
