Best car repair in Saginaw, Michigan (MI) 2024

These guys are consummate professionals. Last Friday I got stranded in Saginaw with a bad rear differential leak and limped into the nearest repair place hoping for the best. Ryan refused to make any false promises to get my hopes up and even gave me advice on other repair places nearby who might have time. Late that afternoon, he called me up and said he and his mechanic had squeezed me in between a couple appointments and I could come pick the car up! Even better, he did the job for under $280 and saved me the cost of hotels for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! Thank you guys for saving me during a small emergency, and all I can do for you is leave a lousy five-star review. Since Belle Tire has not responded to their 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed survey that they sent me, I guess I'll write a review. Unfortunately my college student's first experience of taking care of a vehicle problem was at Belle Tire Saginaw. One tire had to be replaced, which was ordered. When the tire came in, he was there the next morning as soon as they opened, only to be told it was a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait for this 15 minute job. He did turn his key into the front desk and waited in their lobby as he needed the tire. At nearly 2 1/2 hours, he approaches the desk to ask for an update and they act confused and ask him what he is there for. Finally another half hour gets the car in the garage to sit for about another 20 minutes. The tire finally gets on in a 15 minute time frame. We understand if a business is short staffed, etc, but more than anything it was the unapologetic rude attitude they thought was acceptable. The kid they thought was ok to treat rudely, has a parent that just spent a considerable amount with our local Belle Tire the week before and has spent thousands over the years. Corporate may want to take a look at this location. We'll definitely have to check out other options in the area. ~JustTheFacts

Adam took time to look at our car when we broke down and gave an honest opinion of the damage. Didn't charge and allowed us to leave it at the shop untill we trailered it home. ~Rocky
