Since Belle Tire has not responded to their 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed survey that they sent me, I guess I'll write a review. Unfortunately my college student's first experience of taking care of a vehicle problem was at Belle Tire Saginaw. One tire had to be replaced, which was ordered. When the tire came in, he was there the next morning as soon as they opened, only to be told it was a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait for this 15 minute job. He did turn his key into the front desk and waited in their lobby as he needed the tire. At nearly 2 1/2 hours, he approaches the desk to ask for an update and they act confused and ask him what he is there for. Finally another half hour gets the car in the garage to sit for about another 20 minutes. The tire finally gets on in a 15 minute time frame. We understand if a business is short staffed, etc, but more than anything it was the unapologetic rude attitude they thought was acceptable. The kid they thought was ok to treat rudely, has a parent that just spent a considerable amount with our local Belle Tire the week before and has spent thousands over the years. Corporate may want to take a look at this location. We'll definitely have to check out other options in the area.

We stopped at the Saginaw location today with a low tire on our way to an appointment, they were able to get us in immediately and on our way within a half hr!! And the best was no charge!! Thank you so much!! I'll definitely recommend your company to anyone needing new tires.

Made an appointment for my girlfriend for an alignment for 4pm an hour before they closed also needed a tire rotation but the guy was very rude to her gave her a reasoning that she's the 104th person today that needed a tire rotation and this is why the service isn't allowed to be scheduled. Don't allow it to be scheduled at that time if you can perform your job especially if the vehicle was ready in less then 30 min waste of time going somewhere else next time. TO GET A FULL SERVICE.

Free tire repair is a lie, especially if its a new tire with a nail in it. They cut off my lug nut half way off after we told them not to stating that it was loose. The lies....it wasn't loose or rusted because we just had new tires and a rotation less than a month ago from the dealership so how could that be....and then want to charge $80 for 2 nuts that cost $4.25 for 2 at autoZone and my husband free labor if we wasn't in a rush for an appointment. In which ended up happening anyway. I guess since I didn't need new tires or a rotation they'll get something out of me.

I like that it has free air, but it doesn't fit my tire too well. My. My low tire pressure came on while I was driving to Saginaw and of course there was a line up and you feel pressured to hurry up and get your tires aired up but it took me at least 15 minutes. Then the people behind me kept getting beeped at as people in the garage wanted to get out ...He moved, and in doing so - he lost his place in line and when he saw that the other person that was beeping just took his spot he sped away.

Made an appointment two days before for an alignment at 9:00 in the morning. Showed up at 8:50 only to wait for almost 45 minutes and then to tell me they can't get me in.

New set of tires installed. In and out promptly. Mike in sales did a great job and the mechanic came and asked me a few questions. He took the extra step of coating my cap screws with anti seize after troubles getting them off from corrosion. Great service,products in stock and a good price! Thanks Guys

For 6 years I’ve always gone the same car dealer to have any maintenance done on my Jeep. It always felt like they were talking down to me and/or not taking seriously issues I was having with my Jeep. This past year, on a recommendation from my SIL, I went to Belle Tire and purchased new tires. The guys that greeted me were kind, helpful and very respectful. They didn’t treat me differently because I was a woman. Another time I need air in my tires and once again the professionalism of the employees was top notch. Most recently I needed an oil change and the professional service was consistent with my other visits. So ‘thank you’ Belle Tire team for being my new GO TO vehicle shop.

We want to give a shout out to Mike and the crew. On 12/30/21, at 715pm, we noticed that we had a flat tire. We called Belle tire, Mike answered and said he could help us and to get there as quick as possible. Mind you they close at 8pm. Not only did they help us they had us on the road by 815pm. We are so grateful!! Thank you much!!!

I took my car in to get a tire patch and rotated. However they called me to tell me I needed all new tires. Mike was extremely helpful. He made sure I knew what he was gonna do. He made sure I was comfortable and walked me through payment plans and my different options. 10/10 recommend him. So helpful!
