So …took an suv in to have a strut replaced … gales broke the speed sensor on this vehicle because they did not use the correct compression tool for the strut removal.. i was charged $200 extra for their mistake… never again this place is your typical sell you everything you dont need facility… my family and myself will never use gales again

These guys are consummate professionals. Last Friday I got stranded in Saginaw with a bad rear differential leak and limped into the nearest repair place hoping for the best. Ryan refused to make any false promises to get my hopes up and even gave me advice on other repair places nearby who might have time. Late that afternoon, he called me up and said he and his mechanic had squeezed me in between a couple appointments and I could come pick the car up! Even better, he did the job for under $280 and saved me the cost of hotels for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! Thank you guys for saving me during a small emergency, and all I can do for you is leave a lousy five-star review. I have been using these guys for years. I always trusted their work and quotes. Lately it has been different. My husband was quoted one price, then when I came in to pay and pick up my car they told me a higher price. When I asked why, he stated due to the shortage, the prices went up....Over night! Tried to give me the run around. Needless to say my husband called back, and they did honor the original quote. Beware if they think you are dumb to pricing and cars! They will inflate their prices, charge you double the cost for parts, and then upcharge you for labor!! Go look me up in your database.. I have spent thousands of dollars at your business,, even bought a used car from you for 2,000. Just to put another 1000 in or so into after you said it was good to go.. My husband Brent had motor work on his car and both my sons, Taylon and Terrance. I totally trusted you guys and never questioned it. So sad to see such dishonesty going on, I had always felt comfortable going their and supporting a local business. They have a well-established business with skilled technicians that can fix anything your vehicle may need work on. The showroom is always clean and maintained while you wait for your vehicle. Not only do they do car repairs but they also sell quality tires to fit anyone's budget.

I've been to different car service centers and every time I received my vehicle back there was always something else wrong or it wasn't fixed properly. This was my first time going to Gales and I will say I am extremely satisfied with the work. Not only did they do a great job but with me working so much on top of taking my son to school I was able to get one of their loaner cars to help me get back and forth. The staff is awesome, thank you Ryan and Nadia for all your help. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else and I would recommend Gales Service to anyone.

I have never been treated so fairly. The integrity in this company and their people is beyond words. I have never literally felt at home while having car repairs. They have earned a customer for life in me. This is what every business should strive for. I would give them 100 stars if I could, 5 just doesn't cover how absolutely wonderful and intelligent they are. For the first time in my life I would send my daughter, son, or grandparent to them in a heartbeat with full confidence they would be in the best hands possible. And for that I am very thankful. They went beyond great customer service.
