Excellent, professional service!! Our refrigerator stopped cooling right before going to the hospital with my wife to have our son. I found an ad for a used refrigerator and inquired. Willfredo responded immediately and even offered to deliver it to me over an hour away same day. He loaded it up after work and brought it right out to me. Willfredo went above an beyond to help us out in a time of need. He is a great man! We are very pleased and highly recommend👍👍.

We came in to purchase a washer and dryer. We were told there were new washer and dryers in the store right next door. Found a set we really like, brand new, no dents, no stretches and no marks on either the washer or the dryer. We came the next day to pick them up and when they were loaded we found dents on both, scratches on both. We were told by the woman working that there was nothing she could do for us. No solutions offered, no exchanges offered..nothing. Very rude and not helpful. Waited 30 minutes for a manager to come to “approve” the refund and when he walked up said to his employee “you could have given them a refund! You didn’t need me” would not recommend. Manager was very helpful and understanding. He was not happy with the way his employee treated us or handled the situation.

Just purchased a washer, the entire process was easy and the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like we were being up sold and got exactly what our family was looking for. I appreciated the extended warranty available and very happy it came with a 90 day warranty. Would definitely recommend and will return for future appliance purchases

Ernesto went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a good one. This place does sell used and scratch and dent appliances so don't go with unrealistic expectations. $175 for an old dryer we could have bought for $75 on FB market place. No regrets. It has a short warranty and they would have delivered if I paid a little more. Very pleased with having a ton of different to choose from.👍

I purchased a washer & dryer set April 2021 and I must say that I am a satisfied customer. In the beginning I was not sure about buying used appliances. Great customer service. I had so many questions and they answered them all. Delivery was a breeze. Their appliances even comes with 60 day warranty which was great because once they delivered my set and hooked it up, the washer machine wouldn't stop dripping water when it was not being used. A few days went by and I called back to the store, explained the issue I was having and they sent a Tech out to my home the next day. Whatever the issue was he replaced the part and I have not had any issues with the washer since. Both appliances work great! Other than them having to come back out to fix a part I give them four stars😊
