Best dessert shop in Warren, Michigan (MI) 2024

I purchased an arrangement friday, September 10th, and had it delivered. I purchased them for my wife, as a gift for our anniversary. I have ordered many times before from this location with great results, this time not so much. When she arrived from work that day, (ICU Registered Nurse) she was delighted for a treat only to be met with disappointment of nasty, mushy fruit. She notified me, i called the next day as it was after hours. I spoke with Briana (supervisor) she replaced the order i picked it up on saturday about 1:30. My wife worked Saturday the 11th and Sunday 12th, she came home from work sunday hoping to enjoy the new arrangement to be met with disappointment again. there was mold on the strawberries. The manager contacted me today she did not state her name and she was very rude, told me there is nothing they can do. im thoroughly displeased and have pictures of both arrangements as i have attached them. i would like my money back! But unfortunately due to poor business decisions, and unethical management, that wont be happening. If i could give this place any less then 1 star i would!!! ~Kevin

I ordered my wedding cake here and it turned out amazing. All my guests raved about the tasty cake and the uniqueness of an ice cream wedding cake! I was able to get a different flavor of ice cream for each tier, and I also ordered a sheet cake on the side for the rest of the guests. They were able to split that in half as well. The manager, Joann, was really helpful in helping us create the perfect cake. She went above and beyond and helped us with getting it to our venue. All I had to do was add a cake topper. Will definitely be ordering again! ~Jamie
