I just wanted to say when I called to ask if you guys were hiring someone rudly answered the phone and said you weren't looking at that location when they should clearly check on line before they rudly speak their mouth it was a female too thank you!!

Shockingly disappointing: Initially, I was happy that there was a location in my new neighborhood Warren, MI that I'm not AS familiar with as my childhood neighborhood. I went in with my family who witnessed the poor customer service which was a white lady, coming from the back, yelling that she had nothing to offer, except two pre-made bundle packages ($123 or $50?) and then she promptly disappeared behind the swinging doors. Now, I know edible arrangements for EXCELLENT C.S. so, I waited (along with a 2nd family) for her return to sell one of those packages... nope. Another, young lady stepped out in a very apologetic tone, explaining the same thing, in a much better manner (the other family left at this point, the options were not worth it). I bought a $10 chocolate pop and went down to the Grouse one 😀 location. You can check out my review about them which is completely different from this location!

I purchased an arrangement friday, September 10th, and had it delivered. I purchased them for my wife, as a gift for our anniversary. I have ordered many times before from this location with great results, this time not so much. When she arrived from work that day, (ICU Registered Nurse) she was delighted for a treat only to be met with disappointment of nasty, mushy fruit. She notified me, i called the next day as it was after hours. I spoke with Briana (supervisor) she replaced the order i picked it up on saturday about 1:30. My wife worked Saturday the 11th and Sunday 12th, she came home from work sunday hoping to enjoy the new arrangement to be met with disappointment again. there was mold on the strawberries. The manager contacted me today she did not state her name and she was very rude, told me there is nothing they can do. im thoroughly displeased and have pictures of both arrangements as i have attached them. i would like my money back! But unfortunately due to poor business decisions, and unethical management, that wont be happening. If i could give this place any less then 1 star i would!!!

The arrangement was good but the customer service was so poor that I wish my poor mother wouldn't have even bothered with the thoughtful gift for me after she told me how they treated her. Apparently even after giving all her information plus a drop off location, they called her back demanding MY personal info and when my mom assured them I was home and would be there to receive it, that giving my personal info out wasn't necessary the person on the phone got even more rude and aggressive and demanded, 'Well if we go there and she's not home, YOU can come HERE, Pick it up, and DELIVER IT YOURSELF!!' When my mom mentioned that I told her wish she would've just canceled right then, lmao. Maybe I'm a momma's girl but come on, people buying those to console a grieving family member deserve at least professional conduct at the very least. Edited and two stars added to say thank you for the fast, polite response.

I was told the fruit was delicious, I didn't taste it myself, don't go an hour before closing the selection is sparing also they wouldn't compile a basket for me, I had to choose from already made baskets.

If I could give this place no stars I mostly definitely would. Yesterday 02/14/2020 I ordered a dozen white chocolate covered strawberries. I received a notification stating that my strawberries would be delivered today 02/15/2020. I’ve been waiting for my strawberries for the longest however I thought that they might be still busy because it was a huge holiday yesterday. As I continued to wait I checked my email again to see what was my order status. The order tracking stated that my strawberries were delivered. I looked on my porch to see if I might’ve somehow missed the delivery although I’ve been waiting in the front room for it for the longest. I called up to the location and after being put on hold I was told my card was flagged for fraud and the strawberries were never made, or delivered. Although this is my card and this has never happened I would’ve taken it better if I was notified ahead of time because now they are saying I have to go pick up the strawberries with my card and ID present. The reason I wanted the strawberries delivered in the first place was because I really am unable to go anywhere due to my mom shattering her ankle, and me having to take care of my one year old. My mom is unable to walk, and I can’t leave my lil one with her like that. If they would’ve called me I could’ve used another card, I could’ve had someone pick them up for me and pay cash, or I could’ve had someone stay here with my mom and baby until I got back. I will never do business with this location again because they literally could have called me, and told me something was wrong with my payment. What’s crazy is the money was still deducted from my account! Now its going to take 7-10 business days for a refund. Someone recommended this location, but never again!

My experience was great! Molly was wonderful! She was the only one working at the time. She helped me decide and choose what snack to get. She freshly made apple cubes dipped in chocolate... she said they took a little bit longer than normal to make, so she gave me a few extra! They were amazing! Thanks Molly for your great service!

Completely dissatisfied, the customer service was unacceptable as well. I understand yesterday was Valentines and they were busy, however, I was contacted at 1:30pm and asked to change the delivery status to home instead of business to guarantee delivery. Still wasn't delivered and it was to be by 9pm. Call the store and all they tell me is sorry sir we changed it to our Berkley location you have to call them. Now, no one is home so I want it to go back to the original delivery location. Again sorry sir, they have already made it so we can't do anything about it, call them.
