I buy two or more dozen roses every year from them.i feel its worth imy drive of 25 min.The roses lasted for a good two weeks.the blooms were huge.since then I go no where else for roses,Palos is my only flower stop.the owner is friendly,helpful,amazing,,, helps with making a choice and displays the arrangement beautifully. Lol matter of fact I'm heading up there after I finish this review for a dozen roses! Thank you Pablo's! Scott Weber

My mom loved her early-Mother's Day arrangement! It really couldn't have been more beautiful. Also, was very fairly priced especially since my mom will get to use the wooden planter in the future! Thanks Palco's!

Family run for about a million years. Always great work, nice flowers and easy to deal with the employees. Personally I like stores like this much better than chain florists. I have been going here for years and I know everyone that works there and I have never had any problems.

We ordered a gift basket of fruit, nuts, meats cheeses etc to be delivered for Christmas to our parents. The company we ordered from had it fulfilled by this local florist. When the arrangement arrived all the fruit was rotten, the cookies and nuts and stuff were all expired. There were no meats or cheeses or anything included. My Mother in law packaged it all back up and took it in to the shop to show the clerk that the items were no good. The woman argued with her that the fruit was fine, (pineapple was brown and leaves were mucky and sticky, watermelon was squishy and rotted through and bananas were brown). Said that she thought the basket was fine. It was over 70$ for this basket, and everything was expired and rotten. Attached are the images of what it should have looked like, and what we actually received. No way is this $70 worth of gift basket food, it looked terrible. What an embarrassment. Thankfully it was for our parents who were understanding, not a client or something. When the item was returned the woman could not even get off the phone or be bothered to deal with my MIL. It was so shady that they tried to pass of rotten expired food, and then to not even bother to apologize or try to make it right, what a disgusting business this is. Thankfully the fulfillment company we ordered it through offered us a full refund and vowed not to use this location again to fulfill their orders anymore. What ever happened to taking pride in your work, or taking responsibility for your mistakes. Customers service, clearly they don't know what that means.

Family owned business, mom and daughter Jackie are the best and they are so grateful for their customers. Great prices, beautiful flowers, and will work with you on whatever you want arranged. Palcos is a great little antique flower shop always does a good job on the flowers. Sometimes people don't realize how busy a shop can be during holidays and sometimes flower shops hire holiday help. Sad to say sometimes bad things squeak through. If you have a complaint please don't raise your voice to anyone. They are trying to do the best they can. No one is perfect. I was in the shop when the lady came in with the fruit basket. She was so rude to begin with there was nothing anyone could have done to make her happy. I don't think she wanted the fruit basket in the first place. The delivery guy said when he delivered it she said "what my kids don't think I have food" very rude.

I love this family owned business. Every arrangement is created by the owner. If you ever need a throwback gift to go along with flowers, this is the place to stop. Every time I go in I see something that I hadn't noticed before. It is fun to browse through the shop and have a nice conversation with the owner.
