Ordered a cake two days before Easter ordered it online it was hopscotch the bunny went to pick it up I live an hour from this location but they were the only one who offered this cake came to pick it up it didn't look anything like the picture the store associate called the owner when I wasn't happy with the cake her words exactly were im sorry but I'm not a professional cake decorator I can't imagine why she is selling professionally decorated cakes then she offered me 5 dollars off I just got my money back either way don't order cakes from here she cannot make them as they are advertised

Women in her 50's was very rude. She wouldn't give a sample of a new flavor and wouldn't let me get a refund if I didn't like it. She literally laughed at me and smiled. Ill never go back to this location. This place really has gone down hill since new ownership.

This is the best Baskin-Robbins branch I have been to, BY FAR!!! Aside from the unlimited flavors they serve, they also make custom made ice cream cakes. They are very artistic and seem to have endless ideas. The owner, Joanne, is a very generous employer to her employees. I see a lot of Filipino workers there too, they are very hard workers and always happy to serve. I would recommend everybody to stop by this branch, just for the experience. Tell the owner you were sent by Pablo, she will give a free scoop of ice cream.

I ordered my wedding cake here and it turned out amazing. All my guests raved about the tasty cake and the uniqueness of an ice cream wedding cake! I was able to get a different flavor of ice cream for each tier, and I also ordered a sheet cake on the side for the rest of the guests. They were able to split that in half as well. The manager, Joann, was really helpful in helping us create the perfect cake. She went above and beyond and helped us with getting it to our venue. All I had to do was add a cake topper. Will definitely be ordering again!

Stopped in at 9:02pm, two minutes after they closed because they hadn’t locked the door yet and google said they were open until 10:00. We were graciously treated with great customer service as if we weren’t keeping them there late, as well as the couple that came in after us. Thank you so much! Your kindness and excellent customer service were greatly appreciated!

My husband and I frequent this location since it is the closest one to our house. Last Wednesday (1/22) I went in to order an ice cream cake for the next day. I ordered chocolate cake with chocolate chip ice cream. Seconds later I told the girl I wanted to change it to vanilla cake and keep the same chocolate chip Ice cream. I made sure she had the correct items as it was a birthday cake for my husband. I asked for some sort of receipt clarifying the correct order and was told they keep all the copies for cake orders. Before I left I asked if she could read back to me what I had ordered as I wanted to make sure it was correct. She read back “vanilla cake and chocolate chip ice cream.” I came back the next day to pick it up and they showed it to me and it was great....but when I looked down at the cake order form I saw the words “chocolate and vanilla” - I looked at the woman helping me (different than day before) and asked what flavors the cake were...she told me vanilla cake with chocolate ice cream. I was completely shocked and beyond upset as it was not what I had ordered. She looked at me said “oh i’m sorry” and offered no compensation or anything. They had no pre made cakes with the flavors I requested so had no choice but to take what they decided to make for me. I get home and we cut the cake and it isn’t even what she had told me. It was chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. I have no idea how it got so messed up but it was very disappointing. I will never be ordering a cake from here again :( With how expensive their ice cream cakes are it’s sad not getting what you paid for.
