The customer service here has been decent. I am sorry I purchased a sewing machine here though. I was new to sewing and the area and thought I had done enough research to get a usable heavy duty sewing machine. In less than two months two of the same model sewing machine, the 4452 by Singer, have broken. ~Steven

I love Auto Value. But the Miller Hill Mall store in Duluth is horrible. I have an account with Auto Value in Grand Forks ND and those guys are so good to me. I came to Duluth to visit family for a while and my power steering went out. I called my store back in ND and they set it up for me to go pick up the parts at the Miller Hill location. When I got there they were rude. After I left I went and started working on my truck. About half way thru my project I realized I needed a few more parts. I called the store and said I was just in there and bought a bunch of stuff and that I have an account with them out if state and if they could deliver me a few extra things. The guy said "No...we only deliver to our customers who have accounts with us". Its pretty sad when you drop a few hundred in parts. Sucks that one bad experience ruins it for everything else. Sad to say l will be closing my account. ~Tim

Got a flat and was looking for a place to patch it up! Perfect timing took me in ASAP and fixed it. However, they did tell me that the rest of the tires would need to be replaced very soon, as there were stress cracks in between the tread (pictured below). They gave me a quote for 3 different tires within my price range and, once I made my decision, they were able to schedule me for an appointment the very next day. When I dropped my vehicle off in the morning, they even offered to drive me to work! I love my new tires now!! Perfect Timing is definitely not fancy or luxurious. But it is filled with caring employees who do good work for affordable prices! Definitely will be my go-to auto shop! ~Hannah
