very nice employees easy to find things they even helped me carry my stuff to my car due to just having had a c-section. grabbed some coupons for me to go towards my purchase very clean quiet happy environment

Good store, well lit. Just seemed like a depressing atmosphere though. The employees I saw were welcoming, but it just didn't carry the same energy as like stores

The customer service here has been decent. I am sorry I purchased a sewing machine here though. I was new to sewing and the area and thought I had done enough research to get a usable heavy duty sewing machine. In less than two months two of the same model sewing machine, the 4452 by Singer, have broken.

I love coming here to get my items but there Is one girl who seems to always be in a bad mood ect and on her phone most the time... besides her I love coming to get beads and other stuff 😌 I end up making lovely jewelry from the beads!

The cashier was exceptionally helpful and so nice about it. He was genuine. Wow, I walked of Michael's restored in my hope for humankind.

Very disappointed in their lack of availabile beads, jewelry findings, picture frame mats, and customer service. A lot of pre-packaged crafting kits. Store seems to be heading in the direction of Hobby Lobby, which is a shame. I used to be able to go to a Michaels and be inspired. This time, I was disheartened. The store was very clean, though

Very unhappy with this place.6 of us went to get colorful t shirts to make our girls weekend shirts. We thought they where still on sale. All the sale signs where up,but at check out time we where told otherwise. 1 people got a discount on hers. The rest did not. 3 different check out ladys. I was the last one of 3 at the old ladys line who was very rude to me. I total her the signs are still up and there was no sales date on it so we should have sale price. She said guess I better take them down. Charged me full price and walked away from me. Needless to say I will not be back. I believe my sisters are now done shopping there as well.

My wife loves craft stores, so she'd be remiss if I didn't give Michael's a perfect score. As a husband, Michael's is not my usual jam. I like the selection, I like the candy aisle, and I can't go two feet without being reminded that I like drawing, or painting, or birding, or anything that Michael's has in spades. Come to think of it, Michael's IS my sort of store.
