I think the person who wrote the previous review must be related to the employee she wrote it about. I visited Subway today and received not the same treatment as the time before. It was actually worst and now I am even more disappointed than I know she is one of the store managers. Her name is Pam. First, she seems to get annoyed if you order more than more sandwhich. I wished I had a recording this time. Each time before, she treated me like I was begging for free food. This time I ordered a spicy italian sandwich along with a protein bowl and a kids meal. As she was ringing my food, she stopped, looked at me and said, “Funny, I had to look at you to remember what you ordered”. I smiled politely and she proceeded with “Spicy Italian for spicy Latina”. I could not believe what I was hearing. You go out for a quick sandwhich during lunch and what do I get? Racial slurs?! I said nothing because I know that if you let someonw steal your peace of mind, they win. I hope Subway Corporation reads this review and reviews their own cameras and take action accordingly. ~Val
