Just drove 20 minutes to exchange a pair of Crocs. Google says they’re open until 8. Arrived at 7:40 to locked doors. Both employees just stared at me. What a waste of time. Change your hours if you close earlier than 8.

I'm not a fan of this footwear, but my child wanted to get a pair. The selection was just ok. The fun part was sorting through the wide variety of charms. I didn't like that there were signs up both outside and in that said "Buy one get one free" when in reality only the clearance items applied to that sale. The signage was actually misleading to everyone that went to the counter be fore me. I would definitely recommend visiting on a weekday, it was too busy for my comfort.

Tonight (Wednesday) at 6:30pm in the freezing cold I attempted to return an item since I’m approaching my 45 days per their return policy. Tonight was the only free night I had. The store was closed at 6:30pm when the hours posted clearly say they close at 8pm. That is not how a business is supposed to run. The lady behind me drove 30 minutes to also make a return only to have to turn right back around.

I had to make a few exchanges for crocs that I bought online. I only had my order number but they were able to make the exchanges for me without any problems. Hailey and the manager (I assume he was the manager since he had to do the exchanges) were very nice and helpful. Great customer service.

My family and I walked in there today, and all of the staff did was absolutely nothing but talked to each other, no "Hi", or nothing, they basically pretended we didn't even walked into the store. There was approximately 4 or 5 staff in there... And when I walked up to ask if they carried a specific Crocs, they seemed annoyed that I interrupted their conversation and I had to repeat myself over, worst customer service , rude, and only talked to Us while we were paying for our kids Crocs Y'all lucky MOA ran out of my kid's size or else I wouldn't have gave your store my hard earned money. . Do better and do some work... Or I guess Crocs just paying y'all for standing around to chit chat all day long. Lol. Lame.

When we walked in the store we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help by Aurora. She let us pick what we wanted and went above and beyond by helping me, my mom, brother, & friend put all our sticker things on our crocs after purchasing them. The entire transaction went well Aurora was very helpful, patient, & friendly. Highly recommend this store. Great customer service.
