Avis Car Rental

They are so disrespectful and my husbands company rents from them. We had to fix and replace wipers and do fluids cause wipers were bad and couldn't see out window and snow couldn't wipe off and the fluids were pretty much empty and both vehicles were 2021. Both vehicles are not meant to be driven in the winter time, proper tires need to definitely invest in some tires that work with ice and snow because it's Minnesota. We had to find the proper battery for the key fob and replace that, one wiper had to be replaced because it was unusable, couldn't see out the window. Very unprofessional, not a"hello" or anything like that. A very rude customer service team they have there. Though my husband works for a company that rents from them, he has discussed the possibly to seek other car places to rent from. ~Mikayla
