Line was 4 people deep with one person at the desk for Alamo, enterprise and national. Took 45 minutes to get through, and they flagged up my ID for no reason and almost cancelled my reservation. Not impressed at all.

Good service. Very hard to find and sort out where and what and how to get back to the terminal. Isolated and far away. Adds significant additional time to your trip

The only two things I had trouble with were the brakes, they grabbed terribly and I didn't like the side warning device that was down next to the lane warning device. Other than that, the car was great.

Rented a vehicle from them today, and while the car was great and all, the wait time to get it was outrageous. I realize this Covid has changed some operations a bit, but having to wait in line for at least half an hour while the one teller ran 3 different agencies is just uncalled for.

The service was great, I was met at the repair center, and the salesman was patient, showed me all the Available features in the car, and there were plenty! Made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. And the car a Hyundai Elantra was Awesome! Return was so simple and easy I drove up she scanned something and I was good to go. Loved it all around! Sorry no pics of me in that awesome car I'm sure I looked fabulous!

The rental experience was great from pick up to return! The process and paper work were very straight forward. The condition of the car was perfect. The young man at the desk was absolutely fantastic. Of course he was from Texas so that's no surprise. We were very pleased with her car. However in the last few months we've rented a couple cars from dollar and both cars when we drove out out of service warning or a low tire warning. You would think when they come back in able to look at the dashboard. But that won't stop me again from renting from them but this young gentleman and Minnesota and the young lady that we rented from in San Antonio or top notch.
