7 Best shoe store in Minneapolis, Minnesota (MN) 2024

The manager always has an attitude every time I come in the store, very bad customer service and when the store has raffles, the manager only lets people that he know’s do the raffles. Shoes that are first come first serve are only given to his friends or people that he likes. I guess that’s what you get going to the hood. This looks very bad on DTLR ~Shavonne

I love this place! Always clean and stocked. All workers have nice demeanor. I love the momma ( store owner ) she is very welcoming and professional. They have a great selection of clothing and accessories at very affordable prices. I would recommend this location to anyone. I have been following this shoe brand for years.. Honestly I never liked the original shoes or the look.. but all the new ones.. the trail shoes.. the Tree Dasher 2 which is what I picked up.. they are outstanding. Store is gorgeous. they have free parking.. and the people in the store were great. Lastly they had tons of shoes in stock in all colors. Go to this store! ~mike

Hands down Robert is the best at what he does. Greatly appreciate everyone over at MP3. From the private tailoring accommodations during the bachelor weekend, to the final fitting on wedding day, customer service was top notch. Robert even went as far as to make an appearance at the wedding reception and even offered post wedding alterations free of charge. Shipped to my front door. Like I said, he is the best at what he does. Period. ~Nick

Look out for your own safety and security at this store, There are two homeless guys on the sidewalk at the entrance who ask you for money whenever you go in and out of the store. Inside the store there is another homeless guy who stalks you and asks you for money and follows you through out the store. That guy also followed me out to my car. ~Cody

Your hours are incorrect on your website. You close at 6 on Saturdays and Sundays. Which be really nice to know so a customer doesn't waste 40 minutes on the bus going between open locations. Please update your hours. ~Nikki

Very cute, in style clothing that is priced great. So far would continue to shop here despite my concerns. One complaint is that there are overly crowded racks that even as a slim person clothes pretty much always touch me when walking. Another complaint is there was an item sticker for 25% off. I left the store and noticed that the discount wasn't honored. I returned and pointed this out and the employee was like that's weird a customer must have done that since in her words, it was in pencil (however it wasn't, it was in pen). I was like oh okay that's fine, but then went to look at the rack and saw that all of the same items had the exact sticker with the same discount. I brought attention to this, and then they honored the discount but seemed irritated about it. So I am assuming that if I hadn't looked at the rack of clothes they would have not verified the discount at any point. My last concern is that the workers continued to gossip about an individual despite me shopping and clearly being within earshot of them. ~Emily
