Very cute, in style clothing that is priced great. So far would continue to shop here despite my concerns. One complaint is that there are overly crowded racks that even as a slim person clothes pretty much always touch me when walking. Another complaint is there was an item sticker for 25% off. I left the store and noticed that the discount wasn't honored. I returned and pointed this out and the employee was like that's weird a customer must have done that since in her words, it was in pencil (however it wasn't, it was in pen). I was like oh okay that's fine, but then went to look at the rack and saw that all of the same items had the exact sticker with the same discount. I brought attention to this, and then they honored the discount but seemed irritated about it. So I am assuming that if I hadn't looked at the rack of clothes they would have not verified the discount at any point. My last concern is that the workers continued to gossip about an individual despite me shopping and clearly being within earshot of them.

Unorganized unprofessional I ask for a pair of shoes that was to hard to reach the staff brought the pole for me to get myself..I had a few pieces I was not sure on especially size wise the place had no fitting room why would anyone buy without try crazy line was long items all over the floor it was a mess

They have a huge variety of hip clothes at very decent prices. The workers were very polite . Greeting us as we came in the door and telling us thank you for our business when we left.

Rainbow is a great store the clothes there are both cute and good quality and the workers are very polite I would recommend you go there 😊

The store is too crowded with clothes racks and so many clothes shoved on every rack. The clothes reek of a cheap chemical smell. I hate this chain of clothing stores and I pray that my daughter soon realizes how horrible the clothes are and wants to go somewhere that is higher quality.

Me and my mom went into the store today, and there was a lady on the ladder greeting us. I thought that was strange. Then me and my mom proceeded over to the shoe section and I noticed the lady on the ladder was over by us, and watching us. I thought maybe she’s just looking for something. A guy was asking for help and I told the lady someone needed help. She said very rudely “someone will help him soon.” I then told my mom that this lady is following us, and my mom didn’t think she was. Then my mom saw the same lady sitting on a chair where we were trying on shoes. My mom asked her if she was fallowing us and if she thought we were trying to steal. The lady said “ I’m a manager and this is a chair and I can’t sit wherever I want.” Me and my mom told her she was rude and that we don’t steal, and to judge us as if we were to steal is inappropriate. The lady said “ She’s a manager and this her store.” I told the manager that if she’s a manager that’s not how you treat customers.” This store needs new management and the store is very junky. I will never return there ever again! I will call cooperate or figure out a way to speak to someone and file a complaint as well.

No dressing rooms, check out takes forever even when nobody else is in line. Hard to move through the store with all the overly packed racks. Overall shopping in this store is not the most pleasant. Shopping is usually fun, but this store raises my stress level. The store clerks are usually too busy talking to each other to help when asked, wait they help but with an attitude.
