Martin Patrick’s is normally a great place to shop, however, I had one bad experienced that ruined my taste to shop at this store again. The sales lady ended up lying to me to make a sale and never followed up on her word. How do it know this? They said my item that I purchased normally comes with a pump for my shampoo bottle, but they ordered the wrong kind. She said it would be two weeks before the pumps came in. Okay great, I can wait. Two weeks go by and didn’t come in. Three weeks go by, and I stop in to talk to someone, but they said that there are no pumps for the seeable future. I ask why that is, and they said the purchasing manager wasn’t planning on purchasing the pumps until the old stock of bottle were sold. So naturally I became frustrated because I was promised something, and they were never planning on giving me my product that I paid for. They did nothing to remedy the problem and it’s been over 4 months and still haven’t heard anything. Is it me or does honesty and integrity doesn’t matter when it comes to running a business?

Hands down Robert is the best at what he does. Greatly appreciate everyone over at MP3. From the private tailoring accommodations during the bachelor weekend, to the final fitting on wedding day, customer service was top notch. Robert even went as far as to make an appearance at the wedding reception and even offered post wedding alterations free of charge. Shipped to my front door. Like I said, he is the best at what he does. Period.

I've been a customer of MP3 since they were in the very small space on 1st Street North. It is undoubtedly one of the best stores nationally. Yes, it can be uber expensive but I have found some GREAT deals here ranging from menswear, apothecary, candles/incense, household items, travel items...all in that little sale/clearance room. Annually, around black Friday, they'll also discount the entire store (including apothecary) so I generally stock up during that sale. I even bought a floor model sofa 90% discounted. When they found some damage that I hadn't noticed, they took a few extra days to repair it (on their dime). While it's very upscale, you won't feel uncomfortable in there. The sales ppl are so friendly and will offer you a (complimentary) drink while you walk around and just admire. They also have this rewards program. I cannot remember but it used to be spend $500, get $50 store credit or spend $1000 and get $125 store credit. The only thing that I wasn't 5 stars about here was Marty's (barbershop). It was a good cut but a good barber should NEVER be that expensive. Overall, highly recommended.

Love MP3. Absolutely unique store that is a must visit even just to look at all the cool stuff they have. A Minneapolis icon for men’s fashion and design. Marty’s, the barbershop inside, is also a must visit. Their new location in the back of the store offers plenty of sunlight and one of a kind interior design. Ask for Chris!
