I scheduled a COVID test for my three year old, who is having surgery. We arrived 10 min prior to our appointment time “just in case”. We’re still sitting in the parking lot, 40 minutes later. My three year old is losing her mind in the backseat and we’re one car away from the window. The car in front of us has been sitting at the window for 15 minutes. If there is an issue with their prescription they should be asked to come inside. This is completely absurd and I’ll never come back here. ~M

Kendall and Andy went above and beyond to help me when I had a flat tire on valentines day. Not only was I provided great service in a timely manner but they went to bat for me to use my tire warranty. I only chose to go to this service center because of it's proximity to my work place and stumbled upon a great team and great service. Absolutely recommend the service department at this BP! My father had his alternator replaced at this station. The next day his truck started running poorly. He took it back and Gary reattached a vacuum hose that was loose. The vehicle continued to run poorly so he took it back yesterday. When he asked how much it would cost to fix it, Gary's response was "how much do you have?" We returned this morning to ask about a written estimate for the repair and Gary got very angry and swore at us repeatedly. He also wanted to go outside and fight! I have never had a more unprofessional encounter at a service station. I will never go back. ~JOHN

I am a big fan of the coffee here. They have newer machines that automatically grind beans fresh for each cup, no more need to hit the coffee gouging spots. This particular store is always tidy and the staff courteous and we inviting. ~Chad
