Kendall and Andy went above and beyond to help me when I had a flat tire on valentines day. Not only was I provided great service in a timely manner but they went to bat for me to use my tire warranty. I only chose to go to this service center because of it's proximity to my work place and stumbled upon a great team and great service. Absolutely recommend the service department at this BP! 93 octane best gas around. Run it in my Audi all the time. Plus this location is locally owned which pretty cool.

Employees at this BP refuse to wear masks though it is a state mandate in Minnesota. Please be aware they care nothing for your safety. I will no longer go to this or any other BP.

Convenience store attendant super helpful. I looked like an idiot outside trying to find my washer fluid port and he came out to show me. Also touchless car wash at this location.

This is a very good place to go when you are having automotive issues of any kind. I had taken my car to the nearest automotive shop when it stopped on me while visiting my daughter&grandchildren in St. Paul. My car insurance recommended the nearest repair shop. The men at this shop were not trust worthy and were very u professional. I had my car towed to BP after waiting 2 days without a honest answer about what the problem was with my car. I’m so glad I had my car towed to BP. I was greeted in a professional manner. I got real honest answers. And the work they did was fantastic. I had a fuel pump put in. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for all automotive repair.

These guys know what they are doing a d work great with car owners on their cars. Kendall is superior at providing honest and educated solutions to make car ownership affordable... and safe. My wife and I appreciate his car care... even though we live clear out in Mound! Worth the drive...every time.

I once ran in to purchase a water and the friendly faces I encountered stuck with me. So when I was in need of an oil change and being new to the area I thought it would be a good place to try. Turns out the service is as good as the people. They made everything hassle free and quick. I will definitely be going back.

I have NEVER in my car service experience been disrespected and yelled at, the way Rick at Wayzata BP did today. I strongly believed RACISM WAS the primary reason we were treated this way. I have been servicing my car here for over five years . I changed the headlight (driving side) and did an oil change on my Volkswagen touareg in April 2018. Brought my own lightbulb from O'Reilly, the same lightbulb kept going on and off on Sunday 10/27/18. Called and spoke with Mr. Rude Rick, he told me I didn't need to make an appointment to have my lightbulb changed. My husband showed up the next day to have the lightbulb changed. Only to find out from another Rick, that we needed to set up an appointment. We setup an appointment for the following day at 2:30pm. I called the day before to inquire why the bulb keeps blinking off and and on. Since we had just changed the bulb in April. Rick told me to take the car in, they would take a look at it and see if it was the bulb or the socket. We never said we wouldn't pay for the service. He was rude, yelling and telling us there's no free service, etc. He would not even give me chance to speak. I have never refused to pay for my car being service here for the past years. Never will I be bringing any of my cars to Wayzata BP for any service again. I think you have mental illness and very sick. U need help.

Did an oil change and then car wash there. Just pulled out of that place and found my tire got cut. No idea who did what. Even if the mechanic didn't do it, when I suggested to check the car wash area, he never even bothered to check. Something fishy - I will stay away as far as I can from this place... Update: Looks like car wash area is the culprit - I found nail in another tire and i have replace that too. One of the weirdest car wash I have seen
