Absolutely ridiculous wait times for pharmacy, drive thru or inside. Typical wait times are 15-20 minutes per car. As another reviewer stated don't use drive thru for orders with insurance issues. Once I finally get to the window it takes me less than 2 minutes to get my order and depart. Seriously considering either a different Walgreens or CVS. Very disappointing and frustrating. Recently drive thru is closed more than open. Resulting in ridiculously worse lines in store.

If there was an option for zero stars, it would be zero. By far the worst Wahlgreens I have been in. Pharmacist is rude, long waits, store is dirty and Un kept. I wish there were other options for the one medication I can only get there.

I waited in line for more than 30 minutes in line and another 30 for my prescription to be filled. They had the prescription for more than a week and yet it wasn’t ready. Further, they only filled one of two prescriptions. Now I must go through this nightmare again to get the second prescription filled. I am having a total knee replacement in a week and standing is extremely difficult for me. There are no options such as taking a number.

This Walgreens pharmacy… needs. To be closed down. If you got only two people working here and your 2+ weeks behind on refilling meds then close the place down. Extreme line and wait times even before short staffing months ago.

I bought a gift card for my daughter here and despite getting it "activated" and having a receipt showing proof of purchase at this Walgreens, it turned out to be used. My daughter never used the card! They now refuse to do anything about this or even acknowledge that they are at fault. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AT THIS WALGREENS.

I’m not sure they monitor this review platform, because they don’t seem to follow up with anyone. Regardless, it is the absolute worst experience. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes in any line and they usually only have one register going and refused to open a second one. The pharmacy claim they would put me on text message alerts and basically just forgot about my prescriptions and I had to call again. The drive-through situation is absolutely a nightmare and the parking situation is horrible. The gentleman at the desk register was completely rude and not helpful. Did not say hi or thank you. I hate coming to this location.

Recently experienced very bad customer service at this location. Was double charged for an item and when realized that and returned the next day, was treated poorly by casher Chris. Spent 15 min at the counter trying to explain the issue and he was giving me such a run around, no apologies, just plainly rude. Finally the manager was able to understand what had happened and fixed it.

I scheduled a COVID test for my three year old, who is having surgery. We arrived 10 min prior to our appointment time “just in case”. We’re still sitting in the parking lot, 40 minutes later. My three year old is losing her mind in the backseat and we’re one car away from the window. The car in front of us has been sitting at the window for 15 minutes. If there is an issue with their prescription they should be asked to come inside. This is completely absurd and I’ll never come back here.

The customer service here is just awful. My prescription can’t be found despite my doctor calling it in and getting multiple calls and emails from Walgreens that it’s ready. The photo center did not have my posters done for an event in time so they printed them quickly on site and everything was smudged/unreadable. Nobody answers the phone so you have to go in and experience the awfulness in person.

If you don't frequent this store I would go to a different location. It is a large, unorganized mess. I will not stop there again. Shelves are not labeled with products and prices. Inventory is terrible. They are open 24 hours, and they use the excuse that a truck came in last night. "Our stuff is still in the boxes in back."
