My father had his alternator replaced at this station. The next day his truck started running poorly. He took it back and Gary reattached a vacuum hose that was loose. The vehicle continued to run poorly so he took it back yesterday. When he asked how much it would cost to fix it, Gary's response was "how much do you have?" We returned this morning to ask about a written estimate for the repair and Gary got very angry and swore at us repeatedly. He also wanted to go outside and fight! I have never had a more unprofessional encounter at a service station. I will never go back.

Be sure to get an itemized quote: I went into the shop and asked for a quote to mount 4 new tires I already owned on my Suburban. I was told $80 for the service (mounting/balance/stems) and $5/tire to discard the old. At the time, (not quoted) i asked for the oil to be changed as well. (thinking $35-45) When i picked the car up i was expecting a bill in the $130-150 range... it was $295!!!!!! When i asked for the bill to be explained and why i'm now being charged $160 for the tire mount, and now the stems/balance are billed separate, they told me that original $80 is if you take your original tires off, clean the rims and put the tires back on... when i questioned the sanity in that, i was then told that the $80 is per axle and i misunderstood. I was told that once you mount a new tire on a rim it's a whole new ball game, which i can't wrap my head around. $80 for an oil change???? I've never paid more than $35 in my 180,000 mile ownership of the vehicle. Again, song/dance about how this can now be driven further due to better oil... yadda yadda yadda. So in the end some guy in the back came up and scratched off the $295 and wrote $245... Still $100 more than it should have been. Buyer beware with this shop.
