Customer service was an absolute s*!t hole. Some of them are cool over the phone, but the majority of them did terrible at their job & the amount of people I had to go through to get a refund is ridiculous. Not to mention the wait time on the refund is practically a month.
This one chick at the end of the call says "& please sir, don't have a good rest of your day" & I replied you neither lol she was triggered. It's the miserable "customer service reps" that make it harder for the outgoing & kind customer service reps that do actually care to help.
No matter how kind/respectful I am to spectrum employees/reps, I get bagged on for not complying to their negative attitudes as they have to be right 100% of the time. Don't get me started on the store employees here in Willmar. They smile & give you that two faced attitude until they realize you aren't there to make them money but actually get yours back. Did I hear "Money hungry?" I'll second that & if you don't like your job then quit. I understand it work gets tough sometimes but just bc you're miserable doesn't mean I have to be too.
