Best beauty salon in Willmar, Minnesota (MN) 2024

Terrible service, if I could give it zero stars I would. I took my daughter to get a haircut and this girl just messed up her hair. She didn't even have to do a complicated haircut. She was rough and just not interested. I told her we were going to donate her hair, and she just responded "Oh you're doing that" like cutting 14in of hair was nothing. I'm not saying all workers are the same, but this person, which I didn't even get her name, does a terrible job. You could recognize her for her terrible outdated look. I can't believe I trusted her with my daughter's hair. Oh well! If I can prevent someone to have my experience I will. Here are some pictures. You decide if you risk it. A step above other Salons? I think not. I had. 1:00 appointment, ( I was her first appointment after her lunch break), she was 15 minutes late, she didn’t apologize, she didn’t ask my name, and I received the worst haircut ever. She gave an excellent massage while shampooing, other than that, many steps below other establishments. Very disappointing, and I won’t be back. Sorry! ~Roberta
