Terrible service, if I could give it zero stars I would. I took my daughter to get a haircut and this girl just messed up her hair. She didn't even have to do a complicated haircut. She was rough and just not interested. I told her we were going to donate her hair, and she just responded "Oh you're doing that" like cutting 14in of hair was nothing. I'm not saying all workers are the same, but this person, which I didn't even get her name, does a terrible job. You could recognize her for her terrible outdated look. I can't believe I trusted her with my daughter's hair. Oh well! If I can prevent someone to have my experience I will. Here are some pictures. You decide if you risk it. The staff was very unwelcoming. Seemed snotty and bothered by questions. My 2 boys had a hair cut and me a trim. We spent a good 45 min in this business without a word from them other than "what are we doing with the hair" I tried inquiring about the tanning beds. I got a one word reply with every question I asked..... The 3 of the ladies were super chatty with eachother.... Work on being more friendly. You could have added business with a tanning package. Maybe even some hair products.... Service: Haircut

I wanted some highlights in my hair but she used one color on my hair. I paid $80 for absolutely no change to my hair. Actually, my hair lost some luster and was coarser. It looked more damaged than when I walked in and the hair color did not have highlights. 100% do NOT RECOMMEND ! Please do yourself a service. This place was not the professional experience I expected after that. I assure you, you are better off using box color from Walmart. Service: Hair coloring

I went in to get a partial highlight, cut, and conditioning treatment. My hair was a light brown with blonde highlights when I went in. We have hard water so I requested a toner to be used on my hair. I wanted the brass color to be removed. Long story short, I left with grey hair. She told me I’d need to wash it several times for the toner to calm down. I did. I went home and washed it twice and still GREY hair. I had to go into another salon to have them fix it. The cut was great but whatever toner she used made my hair GREY!!! And the “wash it to tone it down” did NOT work!!!
