I had a very bad experience when trying to buy a battery, first a very nice guy attended me, he offered me a battery for $ 169.99 but before that he offered that I could recharge it, I mentioned that I preferred to buy it, but I asked if they could install it, He mentioned to me that as long as it was accessible and I told him that if he could only take a look, then a person named "Jamie" who speaks Spanish like me, told me that he was not going to go out, and his answer seemed absurd to me already that I would waste time being outside being able to sell inside, I replied that mine was a safe sale, I just would have liked him to take a look, he told me that the store was going to close but it was 7 at night, when they close at 8 in the night, I asked him to please, then if I could recharge it and he said no, I was disappointed since I really needed the purchase, but I preferred to leave because of that bad service, it is my first time attending that store, but it will be the last since the R Recommendations from many people indicate the terrible service and unfortunately I checked :( .....date: 02/14/2021 arrived at store willmar MN 6:50pm

I wont shop at any other auto parts store thanks to Josh B. That dude is the bees knees. Hooked me up with some Maguire shtuff and now the whip looks dope. That zack kid has some attitude problems though. No work ethic or sense of urgency. Yall are lucky to have Josh workin there I tell ya. Give him a raise. For real though.

It was quick, called in and asked for the part and got it up ASAP and a pretty fair price. Josh B helped us out getting a starter for my 97 park Avenue, it was quick he helped us in no time.

Me And my girlfriend went to the auto zone in willmar bought parts and a code reader and juan H. A manager took a picture of my girlfriends phone number and put it in his phone thats very messed up will never shop there again

If I could give negative stars I would. Beyond unsatisfied. I had a part go bad on my car putting it out of commission until the new part could be installed. I called everywhere in town and Auto Zone told me they could have it the quickest. So I ordered and paid for it with the assurance it would be here today (Thursday) between noon and 2pm. I called around 12:30 to make sure they had my phone number, and was told the Fed Ex truck hadn't come yet today. They said they would call when it came in. I called again at 2:40pm and requested an update, the gentleman that was on the phone was a trainee and didn't know how to look it up. I got a call a few minutes later and was advised it would not be in until Saturday at 3pm. I was NOT HAPPY! Anyone that has a car that breaks down understands my pain! I am now without a car for 4 days instead of 2. I chose Auto Zone because it was going to be here the quickest. To be honest I would've paid the price for the part or more in shipping to have it today. What makes matters worse is the manager of the store took my order. He tried to say he told me it wasn't coming until Saturday. It's not the point but its a recorded conversation so I can pull that up if needed. The manager agreed to pay for the part which is gracious but that does not make up for this issue. Had I known it wasn't going to be in until Saturday I would've ordered it from O'Reilly's. I will NEVER go to or use this store again!
