Best car battery store in Independence, Missouri (MO) 2024

Russ and Marna were super helpful! I needed a serpentine belt, and not only did they help me find the right one, but Russ even came out to the parking lot to help me get it installed. I will definitely be back here the next time I need anything for my car. ~Matthew

The great service I received here was well appreciated. Berman quickly found the alternator I needed, compared it to my core for fit, and explained the warranty that comes with it. After recent dissatisfaction with the nearby O'Reilly stores, this Advance store has earned all my business. The cooler was even stocked with soft drinks! ~Brian

The counter guy was super helpful. I had an Amazon return. According to the site it said that UPS locations would pack and send for me which wasn't the case here. I had to go but a mailer which defeats the purpose of sending a return for free. But I don't think it's his fault. I think on the website they only meant at the actual UPS stores and not the UPS satellite locations. I was on foot that day (walking) so I had to go with what was closest to me. Anyway I'm not in any way mad at anyone. It was fine. Can't remember his name but the aforementioned counter person was fully extended as, a coworker was out sick. He did his VERY BEST which was perfect. Thank you! ~Tracy

Went in to have wheels aligned. I just had a lot of front end parts replaced and needed the alignment. The technician took about 20 minutes to complete the job which was awesome. The customer service representative in the front was very informative and efficient. Would recommend this place for services. ~Rhonda
