The great service I received here was well appreciated. Berman quickly found the alternator I needed, compared it to my core for fit, and explained the warranty that comes with it. After recent dissatisfaction with the nearby O'Reilly stores, this Advance store has earned all my business. The cooler was even stocked with soft drinks!

Poor customer service from the time I walked in! The lady at the front desk had an attitude and was very rude to me. When the store Manager Mike finally helped me he was very short with me. He told me I needed a new battery, but couldn’t replace it because he had to remove my air duct, which literally takes less than a minute and pops right off. I decided to purchase a battery anyway. While attempting to do that Mike yelled at me, slammed his fist down, and told me to leave the store because I was trying to tell him how to do his job and argue with him. This man is insane! Then the rude lady jumped in to his defense. It was an embarrassing mess. I’ve never been so poorly treated before in my life. I was so surprised to find out he was the store manager, as his customer service was horrible. I went to the store on 23rd St and the store manager helped me without a problem and replaced my battery.

Great place for everything automotive related. I had to replace a complete ignition module and ignition key assembly. Due to a person or persons breaking into my jeep. While I was hard at work..doing my job honestly. While others prefer to do things the improper way. It cost me a lot of time and money to fix this unnecessary issue. Try to get a job and earn money the honest way and not take things that are not yours. Thanks to the staff and there help.

Advanced auto is absolutely the worst auto part store in every city. They are rude, they have a chip on their shoulder, not to mention they give you the completely wrong part for your vehicle. I suggest go there ~~ NOT.
