The staff inside are quick, kind, helpful and thorough. They really listen and show they care when you are already in a frustrating situation. They go over all options, or the work they completed. Plan to spend at least an hour or more here even if you schedule an appointment because they're constantly slammed. The staff outside are professional, didn't hear any "special words" or loud inappropriate music, for those bringing little one's, and also quick, even though they need more help!! 😉 Definitely always use this location even when they're busy because of the staff!

This location use to be great but I don’t know if it’s being poorly managed or what the issue is. I had an 11:30 appointment for just a tire patch which I showed up by 11:20 for. I waited for over an hour watching everyone that came in after me without an appointment come and go so when I asked what was up with that, I was somehow skipped. I was given no apology of any kind …very unprofessional. I recommend trying the blue springs location

They seemed very busy when I got there on a Friday evening. I was impressed with the customer service and selection of tires in stock. They seemed to be getting customers in and out as quickly as possible. Very reasonable prices. Great looking and well organized building.

Highly recommend!!! Daryl was amazing, I picked the wrong tire size online and he changed it for me no charge! I know for a fact already that they already replace them if a nail goes in them. No questions asked! They are amazing!

Purchased new tires, and didn’t spare any expense at buying the most expensive ones for my vehicle, and noticed almost immediately that they didn’t feel right at higher speeds. Thought maybe I needed to drive them for a couple of days due to them being new tires. After a couple of days I went to another discount tire place, and told them the issue. Turned out that the previous store didn’t balance them correctly. It was fixed and they ride amazingly now. It shouldn’t have happened, and I will not be going back to this location anymore. My posted name is not my name, due to possible retaliation. FYI

These guys always go above to help the customer. I order tire on their website and scheduled an appointment. After I arrived at my appointment my tires had not yet arrived. They bumped me up to the next tires that they had in stock that were $75 more per tire without any cost to me!! Another guy was there came in with the tire that was lower than it should be and didn't know why. They removed the tire and discovered minor corrosion on the rim they cleaned it off and aired it up then sent him on his way with no charge. They have never pressured me into a purchase I didn't need. With their warranty they will completely replace the tire for free if it cannot be patched even if there's only a thousand miles left on the warranty. I will never go to a different tire place

They did a great job fixing my tire with nails in it and even found an issue with another tire before it blew out on me. Thankful for their attentiveness. Has a nice lobby and quick service. Text where you can check on where they are on service is definitely a big plus.

This place is so amazing I went in with a slow leak in my tire and I had purchased four sets of tires two years ago. I thought I would have to pay out-of-pocket but I ended up getting the road hazard coverage so I only paid $22 for the installation and got a brand new tire definitely recommend this place! Also the young men in this location were very friendly they made sure that they cared to answer all of your questions and they were very fast I was in within an hour and got out. Thank you guys !

What a pleasant surprise. I went in with a leak in my tire. They got my car right in and fixed the leak. Then they said "No charge." I didn't think this kind of service still existed. Definitely a woman friendly car service business.
