Went in to have wheels aligned. I just had a lot of front end parts replaced and needed the alignment. The technician took about 20 minutes to complete the job which was awesome. The customer service representative in the front was very informative and efficient. Would recommend this place for services.

Gabe and Allen in Independence Mo are the best. I have a Infiniti QX60. I normally take it to the dealership only for service. But after being treated rudely by the dealership I decided to go to Firestone. They were kind, explained everything so that i could understand. The also gave me a great deal on tires. Thanks Gabe and Allen.

I visited the store in Independence and was trying to get my run flat tire patched because it had a screw in it. I originally bought the tires from Firestone. The employee immediately told me the run flat could not be patched without even looking at the tire. Then he quoted me 4 brand new tires without offering me any other options. During that conversation he rudely looked at my boyfriend and asked him "Does she always have that look on her face? It looks like she is waiting for me to tell her a lie?" I was very caught off guard and offended. Then he asked "Does she fly around corners going 80 and hit every pot hole?" "Run flats on a Corolla? That's a first!" I then went to another tire shop and got my run flat tire patched for FREE. This type of customer service of being talked down to and humiliated is truly uncalled for in any business, therefore I will no longer be a Firestone customer because of this.

Been going here for years and usually satisfied but last two times finished it for me. The next to last time I had a $40 evaluation on a power window not working. The said its a motor, ordered one $600, I paid and had to be back in a week for install. I got to the parking lot, double checked with a dealer, $300. They refunded the $600. Turned out it was a modulator , not a motor and had them refund the $40. I decided since they made it right I would go back. This time they refused to rotate tires I bought from them trying to upset an alignment. That's it, I'm done.

The best!!! I had a nail in my tire and they got me right in! Allen was SO nice and friendly to not only me, but every costumer before and after. Highly recommend!!!

I ran in with no appointment to see if I could get my tire checked. They were busy but the gentleman at the counter was so kind. He took a look at my tire and aired it up so I was good to go until I could get in later.

Just had to get an inspection, but I love this place! They are so respectful and always provide great service. Today they went above and beyond by providing me with information about upcoming maintenance services on my car. Plus they are just really nice!
