Story is, my ex-husband and I went a few years ago with an experience that wasn't so pleasant, different staff. Bought a dehumidifier that was incorrectly marked as a portal ac unit. Tool the unit back to the pawn shop. Thankfully I bought the warranty for the item because they would not reutnr based off of false advertising and the item being completely different than what I was told it was. Came back in a week later to find the same item I returned still marked as an ac unit. I mentioned to the staff and they were unconcerned with the item being completely different than what it is advertised as. The dehumidifier even blows out hot air. Would definitely not recommend this location. I would definitely refer someone to the 24 hwy location or the independence Ave location as they are more honest and actually helpful. ~S
