Best bank in Sparks, Nevada (NV) 2024

I'm done with this bank. I rely on the services the system provides since I work at nights and I'm not up during the normal banking hours. 1. Half the time I try to access on-line banking (after 10pm) the system will be down. These are the hours I am awake so if these are bad hours to be a customer then I no longer need to be a customer. 2. Back at the end of March the system seemed to have gone down completely. I think it was down for a solid 3-4 days. During this time I could not pay rent which was extremely inconvenient because I had to contact my renter to ask for an extension "until my bank starts working again." The fund wouldn't get pulled because it was considered a transfer and I guess transfers were down. 3. Just now I tried to put some cash in my account because I noticed my account getting low. I just paid literally $200+ in overdraft fees because I'm dumb. But now I'm trying to add cash to my account so I dont go under again and the ATM tells me it wont accept cash deposits. This bank is trash. I'm not talking about the employees because I never go in to speak with them. But the bank itself, the quality of services, and the back end is complete trash and I plan to get a new account somewhere else tomorrow and once my checks start depositing there I'll enjoy going in to close this account. Wonderful experience, a lifesaver. I needed an account, but Wells Fargo had no appointments available. But I walked right up and got an appointment here in 45 minutes. Very friendly staff, and Parker was very helpful in setting up the account and explaining it all. All around amazing people, highly recommend it to everyone. ~Zac
