I will Not buy imports as most are a poly resin compressed product that is not ok Have a great four posted king bed that comes apart so that it can be brought up narrow stairs--beautifully finished and I learned woodworking from my lawyer dad as a hobby helping him ~Carol

Bill at the Concord store was a gem. He spent a lot of time explaining how to pick out the right mattress for my needs. The mattress I "thought" I wanted was not the correct mattress for me. I left with an adjustable frame and hybrid mattress. ALL my choice after trying 6 or so options. There was NO pressure to buy anything but what felt good to me. Again, Bill was great! Just the right guy for the job. I now sleep like a baby! I am thrilled with my purchase and am very happy I went to Mattress Firm and discovered Bill. ~Chris
