The staff was incredible and patient while we tested out multiple mattresses. They were very knowledgeable! Bill helped narrow our options so it wasn’t so overwhelming and found us a mattress we both loved. This will be our choice location for any further purchases and will be recommending to everyone! My wife and I had a wonderful shopping experience at MattressFirm 270 Loudoun Rd Concord NH . Our sleep expert Robert was very knowledgeable and patient as we checked several beds multiple times. We decided on the Purple Hybrid 4 Plush Mattress. Will give an update around the middle of October for the comfort level

Bill at the Concord store was a gem. He spent a lot of time explaining how to pick out the right mattress for my needs. The mattress I "thought" I wanted was not the correct mattress for me. I left with an adjustable frame and hybrid mattress. ALL my choice after trying 6 or so options. There was NO pressure to buy anything but what felt good to me. Again, Bill was great! Just the right guy for the job. I now sleep like a baby! I am thrilled with my purchase and am very happy I went to Mattress Firm and discovered Bill.

Honestly, we had no idea what we were looking for when we walked into Mattress Firm. Bill and Rob are hands down the most helpful retail associates I've met to date. My wife and I are fairly frugal people and always weary of people trying to upsell unnecessary accessories and features. The associates at this store definitely do not feel pushy or likey they are trying to talk you into the most expensive bed. Bill not only helped us find what we wanted, but also what we needed. (I know sounds corny, bear with me). With out his expertise we would have just picked a middle of the line mattress. Bill walked us through all the things we'd want to consider. Firmness, material, and whether or not a power frame was right for us. Thinking about the purchase we made with his help versus the one we would have made without him, I can safely say we would have been woefully disappointed if we just walked in and picked a mattress without their help. Thank you!
