I took my first yoga class at Bask hot yoga on Saturday with Abby . The staff was extremely welcoming the facility is very clean and serene. Being a new person I was a little intimidated going into it. But as soon as I got there I felt comfortable. The instructor was great. She provided guidance to mentally and physically relax you and I was able to accomplish all of the moves. I was dripping sweat by the end of it. My normal workout consists of cardio kickboxing so this was very different for me. However I went and taught a kickboxing class the next day and my mobility had increased immensely. In just one session my body started to remember it’s flexibility and I had no lower back pain when doing multiple kick combos like I normally do. I will definitely be back and recommend this to anyone no matter what your normal workout routine is. ~Chrissy
