I've been a member here since 2018 and my experience has been amazing. Each instructor has their own unique style and expertise, giving you variety in your classes. I would highly recommend CKO Jackson to anyone not only looking for a full-body workout, but also a gym where the instructors and members support you in your fitness journey. ~Kerry

I took my first yoga class at Bask hot yoga on Saturday with Abby . The staff was extremely welcoming the facility is very clean and serene. Being a new person I was a little intimidated going into it. But as soon as I got there I felt comfortable. The instructor was great. She provided guidance to mentally and physically relax you and I was able to accomplish all of the moves. I was dripping sweat by the end of it. My normal workout consists of cardio kickboxing so this was very different for me. However I went and taught a kickboxing class the next day and my mobility had increased immensely. In just one session my body started to remember it’s flexibility and I had no lower back pain when doing multiple kick combos like I normally do. I will definitely be back and recommend this to anyone no matter what your normal workout routine is. ~Chrissy

Bought a faulty propane tank which leaked when hooked up. Store refused to exchange it. The sales person was extremely rude. When I asked him for his name he said my name is XYZ. I needed to drive out 10 miles to another location which gladly swapped it out. ~Jeff

The rite aid on New prospect avenue in Jackson. Pharmacy and staff very rude and impatient. Sent my daughter in to learn how to take care of her own prescription . I don't understand why professionals think they can treat children and elderly people so rudely. You would think that they know that when people come to get a prescription they're not feeling well. ~Cheryl

**Edited to add: I had a question regarding my watch and stopped into the store for help. Brandon was there and literally stopped what he was doing to immediately assist me. He answered all my questions patiently and helped figure out what I needed to do. Great staff in that store! Morgan helped us with purchase of new phones and changing carriers. He is very personable, patient, and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience. I’d recommend Morgan for your needs, you won’t regret it! ~Lucretia

Store is closed more than its open, they closed every Sunday at 2pm this is a newly renovated store & its sad they just need to shut it down or fired all the staff & hired new staff ~Elyse

So glad that it's so nearby. Sure beats going down the hill to the grocery store when I need a last-minute item. Some of their stock are items we remember as another brand that were discontinued. Those are discounted here; happy to see them again. Watch the expiry dates as some items can have a nearby date. All things considered, I'm so glad they're here! ~Terri
