Signed up for ONE month explained that was all I could do and that this was a trial. They took my debit card info and charged me every month thereafter even after I expressed to one their trainers that I had moved and would no longer be attending. They then claimed that because I signed no cancellation agreement that the charges were valid. Didn't find out until I received my quarterly bank statement. You also can NEVER get in touch with them!!! Horrible customer service and they just want your money not yo help you major thumbs down !!

The staff and instructors make everyone feel welcome, they ask about you if you're gone for a while, and they take a genuine interest in your health and fitness. There are people who go here who are all shapes, size, and fitness levels. They offer classes mainly but also one-on-one training if you need that extra intense push to get to the next goal. Prices are reasonable compared to other gyms.

When I walked in for the first time I was nervous and could barley keep up, but everyone was so encouraging and now I can't imagine this place not being apart of my new healthy lifestyle.
