**Edited to add: I had a question regarding my watch and stopped into the store for help. Brandon was there and literally stopped what he was doing to immediately assist me. He answered all my questions patiently and helped figure out what I needed to do. Great staff in that store! Morgan helped us with purchase of new phones and changing carriers. He is very personable, patient, and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience. I’d recommend Morgan for your needs, you won’t regret it!

We received superior customer service and expertise from Morgan Papa!! I was in the area for my daughter soccer tournament and in a panic because my phone wasn’t working. I feel blessed to have walked in the store with Morgan who quickly assessed the situation, made a quick fix, and I was back in business with my phone. I highly recommend this individual and the store. Very grateful!!

I highly recommend this store and especially Morgan. He was more than accommodating to my family as we were planning a trip out of the country. He was very patient in helping us upgrade our phones and have the correct international plan. He’s now our go to for Verizon services!
