Shame on the pharmacy manager. I prepaid for my prescription online the day before. I provided proof of payment via email AND my bank statement, but because his pharmacy did not receive the money, he refused my medication, told me to go home and call CVS head office to get them to deposit the money to his pharmacy FIRST, then I could get my medicine. I told him it wasn't my fault his company didn't process the payment yet, but he insisted I fix the problem with his company. He put my health at risk by denying my medicine because of the payment problem his company had. I ended up paying for my medicine twice so I could go home with my medication, as I needed it. Shame on him for withholding my medication and insisting I call CVS to fix a problem that had nothing to do with me. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. ~Helen

one of the worst experiences i have ever had. i was not greeted once in the store and every worker stared at me as i looked for a shade of concealer and did not offer any help. employee did not respond to me when i asked for them to get my shade of concealer. i felt judged as i walked in and throughout my entire experience. employees were helping customers that were well dressed yet as I was in a sweatshirt, I felt judged and was not given the same shopping experience and attention. I will not be shopping here again needless to say. judgmental, elitist, and rude. ~Rhegan
