I had a scheduled appointment for a COVID booster. I received a reminder by text one hour beforehand. When I arrived, they had no stock. They didn’t know when it would come in. And they wouldn’t take my name to call me. Horrible, disrespectful service!!!

Tried to charge me the wrong price for an item. Said I would show them the correct price and she did not want to go see so I just left. Bought the same time at target for $5 opposed to $8 at cvs. Even though the listed price was $6.49.

Shame on the pharmacy manager. I prepaid for my prescription online the day before. I provided proof of payment via email AND my bank statement, but because his pharmacy did not receive the money, he refused my medication, told me to go home and call CVS head office to get them to deposit the money to his pharmacy FIRST, then I could get my medicine. I told him it wasn't my fault his company didn't process the payment yet, but he insisted I fix the problem with his company. He put my health at risk by denying my medicine because of the payment problem his company had. I ended up paying for my medicine twice so I could go home with my medication, as I needed it. Shame on him for withholding my medication and insisting I call CVS to fix a problem that had nothing to do with me. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

We waited at the window for 45 minutes waiting for PCR tests. The Pharmacy tech refused to communicate with us more than two words before hanging up. She gave us mislabeled test kits and then refused to give us any useful instructions. When pressed said, "just put it in your nose and drop it in the box". We asked to speak with the pharmacist who then proceeded to tell us their systems had some kind of problem with labeling but that they would relabel the tests after we were done. Needless to say, a day later we got a call saying they couldn't process our tests because the labels were missing. How can people who try so hard not to be helpful be allowed to be in charge of people's health care?

Went through the drive through for a PCR COVID test. Waited 40 minutes, no communication from their side (at one point I asked them to repeat what they said and they ignored me for 10+ minutes while I kept asking them to repeat, and then they only repeated after opening the box and me not knowing what to do with it), apparently a problem with the system, no labeling on my sample. They said they'd label it later. Got a call today, no test results for me because it wasn't labeled properly. What a colossal waste of my time.

I want to give this pharmacy 5 stars, for Dr Martinez, the Dr who gives the Covid vaccines. He has the hands of Angel, because I did not even feel the needle of the vaccine, besides being very kind. These doctors are special because they inspire a lot of confidence.

My problem with this pharmacy is that they publicly promote having Moneygram services, however whenever I go, either the machine is turned off or they simply don't have "money" ... when I asked to speak to the manager, he gave me a very disgusting attitude. Do not waste your time.

I am a US citizen and staying in CT. I went to store but was refused to give me Booster Dose of Covid-19’s vaccine the reason given to me was that my insurance is covered by my State I.e. CT. This reply was given by some higher person in the store According to my knowledge the vaccine is free even if don’t have any insurance .

This place is only a pharmacy. Just avoid going there for anything. I wanted buy something but the self service only policy prevented me from purchasing. I just left the items on the counter. I will go the supermarket 5 minutes down the road.

The staff members in both the pharmacy and store are respectful, helpful, and flexible. They will stop what they are doing to help customers. The store has a variety of products although the costs could be a little pricey. At times, there could be a long line at the pharmacy counter, but I have seen worse at other pharmacies. At other times, I am able to get my prescription in less than 5 minutes. Good place.
