one of the worst experiences i have ever had. i was not greeted once in the store and every worker stared at me as i looked for a shade of concealer and did not offer any help. employee did not respond to me when i asked for them to get my shade of concealer. i felt judged as i walked in and throughout my entire experience. employees were helping customers that were well dressed yet as I was in a sweatshirt, I felt judged and was not given the same shopping experience and attention. I will not be shopping here again needless to say. judgmental, elitist, and rude.

I really enjoy the products here and the staff but there’s one Asian lady that has such an attitude her name starts with a J you can tell she’s just doing her job and she doesn’t really want to help you like the other two older blonde ladies they do their job amazing!

I live this town and supporting local stores as always . However I asked for sale person ( I did not ask the name ) to give me some sample along with my purchase. She did not give me. SO disappointed. I should order online instead.Not happy at all .

Blue mercury is my go to store I like coming here instead of Sephora but I am more of a skin person make up will only look beautiful if you have a blank canvas LOL I also come here for their candles they last a very long time my favorite scent is the cotton linen nest!

love this location they have everything a must for me is the nest candle's! and the skinCeuticals B-5 is my go too in the summer time. and the grapefruit candle is a obsession its hard to find the mini in this sent but they have it!

The staff here is amazing they are very knowledgeable about the products they do not sell you something just to be selling they really take your time out to know what agrees with your skin and what does not so you don’t waste your money I highly appreciate that!

Reviews are often questionable. I read 2 similar reviews about about a year apart accusing an associate of saying a customer "had a bun in the oven." Who says that??? Personally, I found the staff helpful and friendly and it was not due to what I was wearing.......they were great! The only cold greeting I received was the breeze coming in the open door; that seems to me not to be so welcoming on a Dec day.
